Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Noblesville

If I could give zero stars, I would. Papa John’s not only completely botched my order, but they had the audacity to hand me someone else’s uncut, cold pizza. That’s right—not my order, not fresh, and not even cut! How does that even happen?

To make matters worse, when I called to get this fixed, I was met with nothing but excuses and zero urgency. A pizza place that can’t get a simple order right, let alone ensure basic quality control, is beyond disappointing. It’s downright ridiculous.

If you want to roll the dice on getting a cold, random pizza that someone else probably didn’t want either, by all means, order from here. But if you expect your order to be correct, warm, and edible, go somewhere else.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Called the store because I wasn’t happy. Pizza was super undercooked. Called the store the girl argued said I didn’t order from this store. I told her I did. She said well that’s funny we cook the pizza the same time you are the only one that complained maybe you should ask for a well done pizza. Super unprofessional. They lack customer service at this franchise. She went on to tell me if I’m not happy I can always order from another store. Wow really super unprofessional. I found out the hard way that this location uses doordash to deliver. I personally don't use doordash because of the number of times the dasher has stolen my order. Well...they struck again. Waited for my order almost 2 hours, called the store and the manager said my order was marked delivered. And get this...I opted to pay cash for the delivery, which means the dasher definitely stole the order. Shame on you doordash! The manager resent our order, but the cheese and toppings were very minimal- as if we were punished for the dasher...
