Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norfolk

Like to go to this Dunk for convenience, but there is,a major issue there with giving DECAF when asked for which can be a health risk, they need to understand. When someone ask for DECAF, there is a,read on for it, and PLEASE give them ONLY decaf! I have been there multiple times asking for DECAF, and have gotten coffee with caffeine. Which I can not have. It gives,me bad jitters,and brings my blood pressure up, and I already have high blood pressure, which puts me,at risk for stroke. Can always tell when I get it. I do not think you want any law,suits there with giving people caffeine, when they ask for DECAF because of health condition. So word of advice .please tell your help to give DECAF when asked for..before too late and harm someone..thank...

They have these fancy kiosks that they ask customers to use. I used it for coffee. I paid for it and took a screenshot of confirmation because the kiosk doesn't give you receipt.

After waiting 5 mins, i ask one of the employees about my coffee.

This employee (who looked North Indian) said she didn't receive the order. Then I show the barcode on my phone and she said my payment might have failed. After insisting that the order payment was successful and after showing her my credit card app, she said that i might have ordered from a different store.

I then asked to speak to somebody else and they found my coffee at the drive thru counter.

That sheer negligence and arrogance to blame the customer for a darn $2.5 coffee is inexcusable.

Only the second time I’ve been in this particular Dunkin’ Donuts so I’m not sure if service is always like this but at this location there’s also a Baskin Robbins which is delicious Not to mention convenient.
