Pizza Joe's — Restaurant in North Beaver Township

I order from Pizza Joe's in Bessemer at least once a month (was more frequent during the height of the lockdowns). The food is usually very tasty and normally I have no issues. Tonight I ordered online for the first time. I ordered over $35 worth of food. I wanted a "steak and cheese hoagie", which is the steak pattie. What I got was a very sad looking Philly Steak. (Two totally different sandwiches on the menu.) I called the restaurant when I got home and realized what they gave me, just to clarify whether or not I had misunderstood the menu... I was told "Oh, you ordered online. When you order online, we automatically give you a Philly Steak." No offer to fix it; barely an apology. So, IF I ever order from this Pizza Joe's again, I won't order online. I don't understand why they even have online ordering if they have to guess at what you...

It's pizza. It's fresh and it is way too expensive . What they charge for a large veggie pizza is outrageous considering all you get are califlower and broccoli ,frozen stems and pieces. The least they could do is use fresh veggies and not just stems. Unfriendly for a family pizza night price wise also in comparison, a local competitor offers $5 carry out special 8 cuts . For $6 more I could've purchased 64 slices with actual 🥦 and cauliflower. So 24 slices for $34 or 64 slices for $40 with better ingredients. We will not stop at a pizza Joe's ever again....

Never going to the Bessemer Pizza Joes again. We ordered pizzas and they got BOTH pizzas wrong, then when we took the order back to them they literally fought with us over remaking it and were very rude to us. They tried charging us the full amount again just to remake it. When we were waiting on them to remake it they gave us dirty looks and were whispering. Bad...
