Jumpin' Jacks — Restaurant in North Branch Township

Well, I have very mixed emotions, and I need to be straightforward about it. I had a heart attack while I was there trying to have a beer because my boyfriend's sister worked there. I mentioned it, but nobody believed me. I begged for an aspirin, the best they could do was ibuprofen...I graciously accepted. I kept saying that I was going outside to smoke, oh no, I wasn't, I was rolling around in the grass vomiting and saying how uncomfortable I was. I went back inside to a freshly opened beer and said, we gotta go. At the time, we lived apart, and I just asked him to bring me home, but at some point during the drive, I realized something, not sure what and at the crossroad, turn left (towards my house), or turn right (to the hospital). I asked him to drive me to the hospital and to not drive like a snail (I bet some stronger language and different choice of words were used, but, we will go with that). Yep, had a full-blown heart attack. We went for a motorcycle ride and he decided to stop there for a beer, I hesitated and didn't even know if I could get myself to walk through the door. I did, because I am stronger than I know. I did make mention of it and the entire bar, patrons and staff, all stopped and raised a glass to thank me for? Being alive? Returning? They...

We are not regulars but we've been to jumping quite a few times, usually Sunday morning for breakfasts, a few times in the evening. Always friendly atmosphere, food has been OK to good. Today if I had to rate just on food I'd rate it a one star. I ordered the Montana Melt I thought it was made on a hoagie or a bun so that was my fault ,it came on toast sopping with grease, soggy soggy greasy dripping mess, you couldn't pick it up, mushy gross and the basket under the bread had about a 16th inch of grease under it.that's why we just left paid gave a tip ( not the waitresses fault) when we were about to leave as my sandwich was sitting there the whole time untouched, I didn't take one bite of it, she did ask about the sandwich, but we were leaving anyways and Tim asked me not to say anything as usual, he said to kindly get a To go boxso she doesn't feel bad. We've had only 3 bad meals there and that includes this one so that's why I decided to review I should have given it two stars but for the all around friendly bar tenders and...

First time at this bar. Went for their Halloween bingo. Atmosphere was poor. Not inviting. Not Food was good. Only one refill on pop, which is really stupid and sad. Waitress didn’t check on us very often, could be a good or bad thing.

Now the bingo, terrible! Not sure if it was due to the Halloween bingo and it was absolutely full or not. However, bingo calling was the worst I’ve ever experienced, very slow, we timed a good 10-20 minutes in between every single game!!! Made for a very dragged out, too long, boring bingo!!!!!! They should’ve walked around selling single’s for the next game during the prior game, not after the game was over, made for extra long times in between games! I don’t think I would even go back to give their bingo...
