My husband and I were lucky enough to have had our wedding reception at Common Ground Ciderworks during their peak fall season in October. We had messaged and asked the owners, Cindy and Shannon , if it was possible to have our reception at their beautiful facility as a shot in the dark. We were amazing when they said yes and how inexpensive it would be to rent almost all of the back outside for the night. Cindy and Shannon were very accommodating and flexible when it came to us planning for the big day. They even reopened the outside bar which was closed for the winter just for our reception guests. For the night of we rented a tent from a local company as we had too many guests unfortunately to fit under theirs. They let us set up early the day before and even leave it up until Monday when it was set up Thursday to accommodate to the tent rental days of operation. They even blocked off the tent when they were having their annual corn hole tournament then next day for us. All of the staff during the night of the reception were very friendly and helped us keep everything on track that we had planned. All of the guests couldnât stop talking about how amazing their ciders and wines are. I personally love the blueberry wine and think everyone should try their home brewed beverages! If youâre looking for good cider, wine, friendly staff, and an amazing atmosphere I highly recommend Common...
Read moreIâve been there twice. Once as a couple and once with lots of family. Both times were very enjoyable and looking forward to taking a friend there tomorrow for her first time. Three things that stand out for me are: I donât care for BBQ sauce and it is served on the side with their totally awesome pulled pork sandwich. (I already know thatâs my choice for tomorrow!) Another is that I donât drink much other than domestic beer. They only have coke & Diet Coke for soda choices. Maybe Sprite & Rootbeer would be good to add especially since itâs kid friendly. The 3rd thing is that when the house band plays, one of the owners comes out and dances to Time Warp! I thought that was such a âhometownâ thing to do and really enjoyed it! Bottom line, if you havenât been, you really need to...

The cider was great, the hosts were friendly, and the access was very easy. They were welcoming to our kids and our 2 leashed dogs.
It's off a main road so it's a little loud, but nothing that was off putting to us. There's a little stream and a pond right next to where we parked, so it was peaceful and beautiful.
There's plenty of room to park your rig. We have a 26' travel trailer and parking is in an open grass field.
There's also plenty of room within the cider yard for the kids to run and play. They have corn hole and while we were there they had...
