I love TBell but tonight was a disappointing experience. I ordered cinnamon twists, a chalupa, 2 volcano tacos, 2 fiesta potatoes and a mexican pizza. when i got up to the speaker they warned me that there would be a wait and i was fine with that.. soon a worker came out and said that it would be a while bc they are about of almost everything and their fryer isn’t working. number 1 if your fryer isn’t working and half your item is fried food.. close the store. number 2 don’t give alternatives.. just refund the order. i was then given an opportunity to replace my chalupa since it’s a fried item.. after some time i said i’ll take the mexican pizza which then i had to wait for 15 mins for. there was also a group inside waiting for their mobile order for over an hour apparently. when i received my order and came back. everything was good except what they claimed to be “volcano tacos”. the shell was a regular crunchy shell and the filling was dry that i may have chipped a tooth. None of the sauces were included in the taco and it was bland. do not make the taco if you don’t have the ingredients. if you offered to give me a substitute you should substituted the tacos as well. i love taco bell but i’m not sure i’ll be ordering here...
Read moreMy son ordered veg grilled cheese burrito for drive through order last night. At home we found there was chicken in it. So keeping the calm, I drove back there and explained the situation that I wanted veg burrito, no meat, replace the meat with refried beans. I even brought back the burrito as an evidence. Manager had to open the burrito and look into it and make sure I wasn't lying!!!!. Fine. I was given a replacement.
I came back home, and guess what, it had a beef in it. What part or language these guys don't understand? I'm sure tacobell corporate office doesn't give a sheeet abt these reviews. Otherwise, they would have put someone to take orders who understand english. Despite so many negative reviews, Tacobell corporate office thinks that they have superior hand over customer. Customers have no choice, but to drive to our nearest location, because it's the brand! But if corporate office, or this tacobell cares, call me. But Chalupa was over toasted & had burnt bitter after taste, also crunchy wrap was tasting very empty...Had earlier dined-in when it was newly open & food was good, today saw their employees werebusy chitchatting & had to wait a long time to pickup inside & when i asked why it is taking so much time, then other folks who were busy talking starting making food & when i had placed order only 2 cars were in drive through, then after my order more cars had come in...also after I requested then they filled empty sauce sachets counter outside..Also, kiosk said it will email me the receipt, but never got any receipt in email nor they printed it for me..I again went here on 8/31/24, but there was a bitter after taste from Mexican pizza might be from cheese or crunchy shell. I had also ordered 2 crunchy wraps & were tasting half empty, 1 chalupa was ok, 1 hard taco and soft taco was fine & veggie bowl was fine. Never going back to taco bell again because of bitter after taste of Mexican pizza and half empty...
