Do not eat here! The staff is so unbelievably unprofessional. I typed ONE number off of my phone number to get a receipt. It sent to someone else phone. The person whose number was accidentally typed in received a receipt. I paid with my card in the restaurant. They told me that my payment did not go through and that they needed to see my card again. I gladly gave them my card, realizing I never received a receipt so it probably didn’t go through. I see the young man writing down my credit card numbers, as instructed by a manager. and I say “well, don’t write down my numbers because anything can happen to them. I’ll go get my fiancé‘s card out of the car and we can use that instead if that works for you.” The young man who was extremely young, did not know what to do and said let me go get my manager. He proceeds to go get said manager. The manager gets on the phone with random person who received the Receipt, I don’t know If they read my numbers out to this person to try to see if it was their card because they walked away and took my card to to the back of the restaurant without letting me know it was going on. My card is my property. They did not ask me for an ID to prove that my name was the one on the card. They did not check their records to make sure that my last four digits of my card was the one used and processed for the transaction which I know they can do because I used to work there. They did not call the cops which they are supposed to do. I almost called the cops because again they ran off with my property and kept trying to write down my card numbers without my permission. Not once but twice “ To make sure that their restaurants interest were protected” While all this is happening in proceeding. I am absolutely distraught and shaking. My nerves have been completely shot because this is never happened to me before. The pizza gets done while they are off in the back and my pizza just sits under the heating lamp while I’m right there waiting for it and that is when I knew that something was up because I had already paid my food was done. I was staring at all of it done and they wouldn’t give it to me and they still had my card. I was being held there because they still had my card and would not give me my food and would not call the cops. I go outside and get my fiancé because I am shaking and can no longer be around people because Panic attack disorder. He is in there for another 15 minutes then the manager comes out and explains to me that it was just one number typed off for the phone number receipt, and someone received my receipt and it was a simple mistake. A simple mistake that made my food cold, prolong the whole process and completely distraught and destroyed my whole entire night. I called the next day to let them know about the cold pizza and that it was ready for a while. When I called I talked to a “Manager” named Holly, Who said that they would have the main manager call me and they never did. Strange next step is to contact the owner and let them know how their staff is conducting their restaurant. I wonder if I was white would they have stolen off...

My 18-year-old daughter, a high school student, worked here and experienced one of the most unprofessional and hostile environments imaginable. She was never properly trained on how to report her sales at closing — which means her sales were put in by someone else and she never received that amount of money that was put in for her. When she respectfully brought this up to management, hoping for clarity or resolution, she was blocked by the owner. No explanation. No accountability.

But it doesn’t stop there. Management created an extremely hostile work environment, even going as far as forcing an employee to eat pizza toppings that had not been cooked yet in front of them to prove a point of why the pizza needs to be done right. Also reading the reviews of how the manager is I don’t know how they still keep her. That’s not just inappropriate — it’s humiliating and abusive.

And when I went in myself to speak up for my daughter, a woman named Amy was rude, dismissive, and blew me off like I didn’t matter. I can only imagine how she treats her employees. That right there is exactly why this business will never flourish.

We are a family that supports small businesses. We come from a background of military and law enforcement — people who believe in discipline, fairness, and doing what’s right. What happened here is the exact opposite. It’s exploitation. It’s wage theft.

If you have any respect for ethical business practices, honest work, or basic human decency — stay far away from this place Do NOT eat there. Do NOT work there. No one deserves to be treated like that. Imagine your child working there and how they...

Horrible experience AGAIN! they can NEVER get order to go correct! Even after having them repeat it back as well as the receipt showing exactly what we ordered. THEN manager wants to argue with me about it! Will NOT BE BACK! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

YOUR RESPONSE CLAIMS THAT I WAS CREDITED BACK FOR MY ORDER THAT DAY. THIS IS NOT TRUE. THE CARD STATEMENT STILL SHOWS THE $15.37 CHARGE 7/31/24 AND NO REFUND WAS EVEN OFFERED THAT DAY OR CREDITED. AND I DIDN'T EVEN USE MY CARD THAT DAY SO HOW COULD YOU CLAIM TO CREDIT MY CARD. THE PROBLEM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WEBSITE. I CALLED MY ORDER IN. THE TICKET SHOWED THE CORRECT ORDER BUT THE ORDER WAS ONCE AGAIN MADE WRONG. AND YOUR STAFF AND MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I HAD TO ONCE AGAIN GO INSIDE FOR A PICK UP ORDER TO GET IT CORRECTED. ONE STAFF MEMBER EVEN REMEMBERED ME FROM THE LAST TIME I PICKED UP A TO GO ORDER WHICH WAS WRONG AND SHE WAS ALSO RUDE IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER. I WAS TOLD MY NEXT ORDER WOULD BE FREE. I INFORMED THE MANAGER I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR A FREE MEAL. I JUST WANT MY ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I ALWAYS CLEARLY PLACE MY ORDER ASK FOR IT TO BE REPEATED TO ME BASED ON THE ISSUES IN THE PAST. THE ONLY EXCUSE I ALWAYS GET FROM THE MANAGER IS "I HAVE KIDS WORKING IN THE KITCHEN " SO PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME GOING FORWARD HOW TO PLACE MY ORDER TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
