I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant during my recent visit on 16 Sep 25.
I arrived at approximately 5:00 PM and waited around 20 minutes in the drive-thru line before placing my order. After ordering, I was told it would take 20 minutes to prepare and was asked if I wanted to wait. I agreed, but what followed was entirely unacceptable.
In total, I waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes for my orderâa 12-piece meal. During this time, I noticed several concerning issues: ⢠The drive-thru appeared chaotic, with multiple customers forced to come inside due to delays. ⢠Other cars behind me received their food quickly while my order was left unfulfilled. ⢠I observed 2â3 pans of chicken sitting unserved, yet I was made to wait. ⢠The manager on duty appeared disengaged, standing in the lobby and conversing with someone (who seemed to be a personal acquaintance), rather than assisting staff or addressing customer concerns. ⢠When I finally received my order, there was no apology, explanation, or acknowledgment of the excessive wait timeâonly a dismissive âHere you go.â
The lack of urgency, professionalism, and customer care was extremely frustrating. I felt that my order had simply been forgotten until I raised the issue.
I am requesting that this matter be addressed appropriately, as no customer should have to endure this kind of experience. I also believe I should receive a formal apology and some form of compensation for the time and inconvenience I experienced.

   Read moreWent in yesterday to buy some chicken for a family friend & his family, since he had shoulder surgery. The first thing I noticed by just opening the door, was that the trash cans were overflowing with trash to where you couldn't see the hole & the area where the trays go were covered in trash as well. I went in at 4pm. Many of the employees were standing around & playing around. The cashier I had was very nice and she looked so give out...which wouldn't surprise me that she was the only employee actually working. The other employee standing near the food was on her phone, and when an order came through, she put it in her back pocket and then began handling the food without washing her hands. I don't know where her phone has been and for food safety...she should've washed her hands after putting it away. Anyways, I had asked for white meat chicken, but was told politely by the cashier that they were out. After hearing so much noise from the back, and how unprofessional of the staff AND how nasty it was....I decided to go to another Bojangles to get food. Management must not care, cause a real manager would be having the staff keeping the place clean and wouldn't allow people to act like they're in Elementary School and acting like children playing.    Read moreI was happily greeted when I entered by an older gentleman who was employed by Bojangles and in the dining room. The building appeared clean and the restroom was clean and updated. The good part of the review ends there. I was in my work uniform and arrived on the ambulance I work for. I ordered a fries and a cup of water. The cashier Danielle was not at all pleasant towards me and had a look on her face as if she would rather be anywhere else but there taking orders. I could somewhat understand this as it was midmorning on a Monday, but still, a pleasant face and tone should definitely be a job requirement for someone in her position. After ordering with her and hearing her tone, I almost decided to just cancel it, but I didn't. But then I realized I had been charged for A CUP OF WATER!! Freaking WATER!! Not asking for anything special as a first responder, but the majority of the times we eat at Bojangles, we are offered a discount when we are on duty. Again, not asking for this, but it is very much appreciated.
