Writing this review from the perspective of someone that frequently orders online. I can't comment on in person service.

This place is mostly great. They are far and away without any dispute the best wings you can order in Jacksonville. They come hot and fresh. I suggest ordering the dry rub and then whatever sauce you want on the side and toss them at home. The base dry rub gives a fantastic flavor.

What frustrates me about this place is they seem to be 50/50 on when they read additional instructions on the delivery apps. I don't think I ask for anything too crazy - a pie I got today I asked for only half bacon as theres no option for half on the app, and I asked for the pie cooked well done. It definitely wasn't cooked extra and came fully bacon, which angers the picky wife. It sucks because when they listen, specifically about cooking it extra (why dont places do this?!?!) it's easily 10/10, otherwise its just ok.

It's a little disappointing too because this place is pretty expensive. On the app, 25 dollars for a large pizza with 2 toppings, almost 20 for 12 wings, etc. Please remember to check additional instructions on orders!

The 50% of the time they do get it right is usually enough to get me to come back and roll the dice again.

I'm sure this could be solved by ordering over the phone, but accept the reality that we're all introverts who cant abide talking to...

I ordered two pizzas and a sub and two apple turnovers. I was told it’d be delivered in 30-45 minutes. 28 minutes later, my order arrives. Box is so hot I could barely hold it! The pizza sliced so big I had to fold them.. oh... wow!! The Apple turnover is the best. If you have not eaten food from here, you have not lived! I’ve eaten here several times over a year and it’s always the same, best quality and authentic food. They don’t really have a dining room setup to dine in. It’s more take out or delivery, but that’s because they don’t put a lot of effort into making it look ‘pretty’ on the inside, they put all that work and effort into killer good food! I’ve never been disappointed in any of the food I’ve tried here. Put that amazing spice back into your life and get yourself and your family some awesome food! Your tastebuds...

I had been told about this place a few times from different people. We finally were able to make our way in there and this is definitely our favorite pizza place around. Their garlic cheese bread is amazing. A must have! The white pizza is perfect, traditional NY, made with the best cheeses, the flavors are just delectable! The wings, oh my. We have tried wings all over and these are the BEST around. I am super picky about my wings and they were done to perfection. The seasons are seriously perfect! Their Bluecheese dressing is very good. They definitely take the time and money to provide good quality meats and cheeses. We even took our 3 year old and 10m, it is kid friendly, clean and neat!
