I was an employee under their company and was refused a paper stating I was an employee for the Department of Social Services to continue receiving food stamps to put food on the table for my family which would’ve taken all of two minutes to write and sign. Stating “I am not a secretary, I have a life and things to do”. It would’ve taken two minutes out of her shift. Made a 17 year old pull an 11 hour shift for the place running the boss’s store only to receive backlash for being on my phone asking questions to make sure I did the job properly. Did not appreciate the work I did and believed favorite employees over others. Seeing as it is the only Dairy Queen in the area attempted to go to just get ice cream after having quit and was refused service. Then told that because I was unhappy about being refused service that I was banned from the store. I had been lied on and mistreated and instead of clarifying the situation believed one employee over another. The Manager needs to be removed from her place. Had I known quitting would lose me the ability to service the company as a customer I never would have come to the job to begin with

I went in and the smell of dirty oil filled the air in the whole store. I was almost gagging. Since I can’t eat chicken I tried the fish. Omg one bite and 20 minutes later I needed the restroom. I threw it away. The onion rings tasted like the smell in the store. So I went to my truck and made noodles. Later that night I said let me try a blizzard. Cashier was nice so was the cook. The manager was something else. After I ordered the printer tape went empty and buzzing. The cashier tried to grab tape from the other printer cause there was none to be found. Then both was buzzing. I said omg this is crazy and the cashier was flustered. The manager gets up off the table and screams just take the paper out of the other. I said she did note both are buzzing. She not not to the cashier and said just turn it off. Then goes and gets tape from Quiznos. I felt bad for the cashier. Blizzards was great overall clean your oil cause everyone coming in is making a face from the smell. I can’t get the smell off my clothes. You should be ashamed.

The quick and friendly service I received was 5 star quality, but my pathetic looking hot dogs knocked off two. I ordered two chili cheese dogs. I didn't order two chili residue and cheese dogs. These dogs look like someone took a butter knife and dipped it in some chili, then whatever was able to overcome the forces of gravity is what was smeared onto the dogs. More cheese would have been nice, but what was there was acceptable enough. It would have been nice if it wasn't all put on one end of the dog, though. It's safe to say that Sonic won't be losing any business to this location anytime soon.

The quick and friendly service I received was 5 star quality, but my pathetic looking hot dogs knocked off two. I ordered two chili cheese dogs. I didn't order two chili residue and cheese dogs. These dogs look like someone took a butter knife and dipped it in some chili, then whatever was able to overcome the forces of gravity is what was smeared onto the dogs. More cheese would have been nice, but what was there was acceptable enough. It would have been nice if it wasn't all put on one end of the dog, though. It's safe to say that Sonic won't be losing any business to this location anytime soon.

Dirty. Too many flies. Missing part of order. Extremely long wait without reasoning. CORPORATE really needs to get a handle on this location and fire everyone currently employed except for a young man named JAMES. DAIRY QUEEN, you do not deserve to have a great worker like him and he should not be treated like he is worthless. Employee JAMES should be compensated with his fellow employees wages for having to do his job, their job and the managers job. A promotion doesn’t cut it with what I’ve seen. Visited 9/10/22 at 5:58 pm. Didnt get to leave until almost 6:30 when no one was there when I arrived. If the owner’s reasoning is worried about not having anyone in the store to serve customers with only one person working, well news flash guys, you already have ONE PERSON WORKING AND THE REST ARE JUST UNFRIENDLY OBSTACLES TO WALK AROUND. I feel sorry for him and my experience let alone observing how his coworkers treated him, their customers and the dirtiness at this location made me determine I will never give Dairy Queen my business again. Their blatant lack of willingness to do a job they are getting paid to do, disrespect of him or Dairy Queen customers was obvious to all customers. He was the only one working, took down orders correctly and when notified by customers that they were missing products he demonstrated great customer service and apologized and tried to have the workers jump on it and give the customer their items. HIS COWORKERS REFUSED TO WORK. I witnessed the ice cream station female employee #1 roll her eyes at him and walk back and then argue that it wasn’t on the order. Gave my receipt. 3 other customers had the same issue. Every time she had an order she took HER time, looking down at ALL customers as she walked up to hand cones made incorrectly and then just turn around and walk away when people asked for correct items. JAMES back and forth between cooking and running the register while 3 other female employees stood around in back talking. A heavy set female employee #2 walked into the dining area, dropped a dirty fork, looked down at it, kicked it and then walked into the employee door. Really, you can’t be bothered to even clean up your own mess when you are getting paid for it? When I arrived no one was in the restaurant, I waited 20 minutes for a sundae that girl was supposed to make and never did. While james was running around trying to complete orders begging for help, another lazy female employee #3 came from the back to start taking orders. At this point I’ve seen how much the workers expect James to do everything and do not care that they are causing so much unnecessary hardships for him or the people they are supposed to be SERVING, I started to walk up just to get a refund. I honestly didn’t want any of the females there assembling anything of mine, because their demeanor and the vibe they chose to make the environment I fully believe they have no problems purposefully contaminating food or spitting. However, as I was walking up, lazy girl #3 looked at me, turned and walked away from the register. James immediately saw I was at the register and asked how he could help. I informed him I still hadn’t gotten that sundae and not to worry, we all see that he’s the only one working and asked for his name and told him he did a good job. He apologized again and he immediately went and made me one. James deserves to receive an apology from his employer and coworkers, NOT TO BE APOLOGIZING FOR THEM. Please avoid this place like the plague I came at 9 at night 2 girls working. service was slow as could be and when they didn't have an item I ordered they asked if I wanted something else, got something slightly cheaper and I said I don't mind, she talked to her friend and said you don't have to pay extra for it it's on us, I asked why would I pay more for something less, I asked for a banana split 6.99 didn't have banana so asked for a shake 6.29 for a large so why would I pay more for something that is less I feel a drug test is needed, then both girls not wearing hair nets not wearing gloves chicken tenders hitting the table and one girl was sweeping the floor then went straight over to dumping chili? Into another container without washing her hands I wish I had this on video, and don't get me started on the food hell I asked garlic parmesan chicken tenders and the girl said okay when taking my order but when the food came to me she said oh we don't have garlic parmesan didn't have any of the sauces I asked for and I spent $19 for all this. minus the health violations The lack of customer service and the lack of having anything until it's told last second. Oh we don't have it. I'd rather walk 3 miles down the road to go find something else and mind you I paid for all this before they told me they didn't have anything, they'd have to pay me to eat here ever again I can't tell you how bad of an experience this was but every word of this is true can't wait till the day Google review makes a 0 star I'll be back to put that 0 right here along with the...

The food was ok, nothing to brag about. At least one of the soda dispensers only put out water, no soda. The drink area was filthy. Trash on floors. We didn't see any adults working, just what appeared to be teens. The boy who was supposed to be manning the register and helping with orders couldn't stay off his phone long enough to do his job. He wasn't familiar with how to make the ice cream orders. He kept coming out to the dining area to do whatever it was he was doing on his phone. When he would go in the prep area, he would have his eyes on his phone the whole way back there. He put it down long enough to take our order, and then picked it back up in front of us while my husband got his card out to pay. So unprofessional. He needed to pull his pants up. They had a sign up saying cards only. No cash. My first thought was that they didn't want to deal with counting cash or didn't know how. This place needs new management!

I have read bad review after bad review on this place. Instead of giving the same standard prepared response of we're sorry and we hope you will give us another chance, why don't you send someone out from corporate to solve the problems?
