The only reason it even earned one star was that they remade the rock hard ice cold pizzas that had sat on the counter for 40 minutes and were never delivered. I ordered 2 pizzas and boneless wings on a week night to be delivered. The order was ready and as I kept checking the status it said the pizzas were being checked for quality but not on their way. An hour and a half after we ordered I finally got in the car at 9pm at night and drove to the store to pick up our order. When I arrived, the manager was not apologetic and seemed less than concerned that the boxes I had to come pick up were ice cold. I told her I had serious reservations that even wanted the pizzas and chicken because the boxes were not even warm. She just smiled and looked at me as if I needed to leave. I put the pizzas in the car and drove home. When I opened the box and went to pull a slice out of the box, the entire burnt pizza came out of the box like a brick. Not only could I not have eaten that, I may have had to have Serious dental work after trying to consume it. My kids were so hungry but I had no choice but to go back and try to get something they could eat. I drove back to the store and told them I couldn't eat it. The cook was extremely apologetic and began remaking the pizzas and chicken. He thanked me for being so patient but the manager seemed concerned with the fact that I brought the charcoal bricks back to the restaurant and refused to keep them. I didn't bother asking for my money back but in hind site I should have because the second set we got was not much better. It was warm (keep in mind, I sat there and waited for it, so it should have been hot) but still very hard to eat. Dominos in this location has taken a severe downhill turn. Read moreI would give this place no stars if it were an option. I ordered dinner last night for my family (3 medium pizzas, nothing crazy or special). According to the order the estimated deliver was going to between 30-45 minutes. After 30 minutes, I check the tracker and it says my food is in “quality check” and had been so for about 10 minutes. After my food sat in “quality check” for over 45 minutes, I called the store. The girl who answered the phone was very rude and combative. I asked her about my order and she snapped that it was about to be headed out the door. I mentioned how long it had been sitting out and she assured me it was still hot (it wasn’t) and that it was kept temperature controlled. I mentioned about food safety and she got super defensive and loud (my husband could hear her through the phone and she wasn’t on speaker) and told me either I could take what they were sending or waiting even longer. By the time we got our food, we had been waiting more than an hour and a half for food that was only supposed to take 30-45 minutes. Our food was so cold, the cheese was hard. I basically wasted $32 (with tip). For fear that my kids would get sick from the food and by this point it was getting super late (almost 10pm) I wouldn’t let them eat the pizza and instead cooked them something else (the very thing I was trying not to do). This is the 2nd time this sort of incident has happened at this location and it will definitely be the last. This Dominos franchise has lost my business. I ordered delivery because it was convenient for my busy family. I guess to them, convenience means subpar service at best. In the future, communication and empathy go a long way...
Read moreI’ve always been a loyal customer and never had any issue’s whatsoever besides today. Ordered food online today and sat in drive thru for about 20 mins because no one was at the window. I literally had to call in to figure out what was going on. Apparently a plus size white lady name Victoria came to the window and blamed me for my order being cold once I got it but how can you blame a customer for their order being cold when I was sitting outside the drive thru window for almost 20 mins waiting on someone to bring the food and isn’t the food suppose to be on a hot rack anyways? Then she argues with me over the phone because she did not want to refund me my money and said it’s my fault. Mind you this lady is the manager here!! I work at a medical office and was press for time on a lunch break and now have to explain to my boss why it’s almost one hour I’m late on my lunch. Ended up speaking with her manager and she refuses to make my order or anything because she’s upset. Been outside another 15 mins with her manager and he was trying to solve the issue and gave me a void slip for my order in regards of the disrespectful and rude manager I endured. This experience was so awful!! I would never again order from here. The disrespect was uncalled for. I really hope this goes viral because if her boss can not handle her as the manager of this store someone needs to. If I didn’t have any sense I would of went in there and she wouldn’t of liked that at all!! Some people you can’t talk to any kind of way and think they won’t run up on you. Baby you are in the hood.
