Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

I drove to this specific store which is 20 minutes away from my house to get chicken and pizza. The chicken was super undercooked. It caused my wife to throw up profusely for 20 minutes straight. I called and spoke to 3 different people, a customer service person, the girl that worked at the store named Shelby, and an old man that was working at the store. This location seems to have a daytime staffing issue. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered online and immediately a young lady calls to advise that delivery time is currently an hour and a half at least. I started paying attention to the tracker and what actually appears to be the issue is actual prepping the food in store. I am currently at an hour exactly since we spoke on the phone. I ordered 2 pizzas tonight. Ordered light robust sauce and when delivered it was extra sauce. My husband called and Daniel ( asst. manager) answered with chastisement and pure utter rudeness and told us that we were wrong. We simply asked for a refund and he then again went on a rant. The poorest customer service we have EVER seen in this Dominoes. As a restaurant owner I come in contact with HUNDREDS of local people.
