Hardee's — Restaurant in North Carolina

I am so unhappy with Hardees, I will never stop there again. I was so excited to see multiple Hardees along my drive to my family's home so I looked up the menu online and was happy to see the variety of foods available. I specifically stopped because I saw a beef burrito listed, which is what I wanted. When giving my order the cashier notifies me that that burritos are no longer made there. My sister chimes in and says "oh, but there's a huge sign outside advertising burritos, and she saw it online." The cashier proceeds to say "Sorry they stopped making them back in May." So here I am a ton of people behind me at this point, and I have no clue what I want. So I settle on the ham and cheese, which looks nice in size and appetizing, according to the picture. My sister ordered the chicken tenders meal, and my daughter the 3 piece chicken tenders. We waited and waited. People behind us served before us, and it was about 20 minutes before we finally received our meal. My sister picks up our meal and asks the woman who served the food, if our sauce were in the bag and she replies she already put it in. We take off to continue our journey and I open up my ham and cheese sandwich that's priced at $2.89 and looks like it's a sandwich the size for a child. The sandwich looks nothing like what was pictured. And my sister did not receive her sauce. Very unhappy that we stopped here. I would have rather stopped at McDonald's and I don't even...

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.. I'm vegan. I tried to order their Beyond Burger, and they messed it up several times. I expected it to be wrong once, which they did. I can be a very flexible person when it comes to compromising or when having to correct a situation. But then, I had my first experience of someone just being completely spiteful toward me since I'm vegan. Not only did they put mayo and cheese on it, they made the whole thing again and put 2 strips of bacon ontop...

My friend is a professional chef and she was the one who got her hands dirty for me, because sadly I'm used to people messing up my orders and I hate conflict. Needless to say, she was furious when I showed it to her. The third time they finally got it right, but my friend had to stand there and babysit them while I waited in the car. And you could hear them loudly bickering about it in the kitchen. Then the manager was snotty toward my friend about having to make it 3x when she gave it to her... To which my friend responded, "Well if you had got it right the first time we wouldn't be in this situation."

Not a fan...

We stopped by here around 3pm today. When we first arrived. The floor was wet but there were signs for the wet floor. They were out of the dr pepper syrup at the front so my husband asked them to fill it from the back but when he tasted it, it was flat. The waiting area was starting to fill up with customers that were slowly losing their patience, including us! Our burgers were cold when we received them and they were old even though we waiting quite a while for them. My patties were half the size of my bun!

2 cooks in the back, 2 cashiers, 1 floater, and 1 team lead. Howevern they managed to give such bad customer service by making customers wait too long, serving disgusting food, and none of them took the initiative to mop the floor in the 15 to 30 mins that we were there even though there were definitely opportunities for at least 4 of...
