Hardee's — Restaurant in North Carolina

The kiddos & I went to this location earlier this evening as it's close to the house. First, I'd like to say the young man that took our order was friendly & polite. However, our entire order was wrong. My son asked for a cheeseburger kids meal with certain toppings - he received a regular cheeseburger meal with toppings he did not want. My daughter asked for a chicken tender meal - she only received chicken tenders. I asked for the Frisco burger meal, made as usual - I received a cold burger (bread cold as well) with added mustard & ketchup that I did not ask for. I wasn't given a receipt up front & honestly didn't think anything of it as we were the only customers inside. My kids didn't fuss over their meals. I did ask for another burger and received one that was made correctly & warm. It wasn't hot as I was expecting but it wasn't cold like the first one so I settled with it. As I watched the crew that I could see, I formed my opinion of the young gentleman possibly being new & someone probably should've been assisting as he's taking orders. Before leaving, we ordered a monster thick burger (burger only) to bring home to my husband & we were rang up for the meal. The manager did refund the meal & ring up just the burger. She did not look happy about it though. We do not frequent Hardee's & I had high hopes. I don't think we'll be returning unless it's...

If I could leave no stars I would first of all my boyfriend goes here a lot and as never once gotten even warm food. The one time I went they messed up my cold food,the first 10 minutes in the store 4 different people had their order messed up. When I went to bring mine back the manager actually took it, with a terrible attitude, and as I was telling her the three things that were wrong she yelled at me after the first one and said that she heard me the first time, when I haven't even finished telling her.. the whole time remaking my order she had an attitude and when I finally got it it was still cold and still wrong. The service is so bad customers will be better off going behind the counter and making the food themselves. I can't possibly imagine this location being open...

We eat at this location often. Today we went for breakfast and then again for lunch. At the lunch visit we overheard 2 employees talking to each other and they looked straight at us and said "Don't you just hate it when people come in here 10 times a day to eat?" And we were the only customers in there at the time so we knew it was directed at us. These employees need to understand that if it were not for "US the customers" they would not have a paycheck. So they need to be mindful of what they say and how they treat their customers. We give this location a ton of business but rudeness and comments like this makes us want to give our business to other places who may appreciate...
