If you've been on the hunt for that rare restaurant unicorn—a place that nails the food, value, AND customer service—you can stop searching. I highly recommend the In-N-Out in Elizabeth City, NC. My experience started with a simple phone call before I placed my DoorDash order. I had questions about the online menu, and the person who answered was phenomenal. They weren't just knowledgeable; they were genuinely patient and personal. Honestly, even over the phone, you could feel them smiling as they walked me through the details. That kind of friendly, patient service is almost unheard of these days. The food was the perfect follow-up to the service. The quality absolutely surpasses the price point, and the portions were exactly what I paid for (no skimping here!). Every bite was tasty and fresh. This location proves you don't have to sacrifice good service for good food. The team here is doing it right....

Man, listen...Idk how long theyve been open but surely I have slept on them. I have been searching for a decent cheesesteak in town, and lo and behold, I found one here. When I say wow, I mean wow. I was blown away. This philly cheesesteak was on point and absolutely delicious. It was huge, meaty, and cheesy. And for the price, I definitely got my moneys worth. Idk what kind of cheese they put in it but it was cheesin! It was filled to the brim of the bread, damn near. The atmosphere of this place was phenomenal too. Customer service was A1. Even found out one of the chefs is a Steelers fan so that was definitely a plus. Man, all in all, the food was amazing and I highly recommend a stop thru. I had such high hopes for my experience, based off pictures that I've seen via Facebook. I've been wanting to try the Cafe out for quite some time and finally got the chance today. It was 17 minutes before closing and though I rarely will walk into any restaurant that close to closing, I figured it wouldn't be a big deal due to ordering One sandwich. I got the Reuben with a bag of chips and a coke. Waited 15 minutes for my Reuben which unbeknownst to me was cooked and pressed like a panini. It had very little sauerkraut on it, sandwich sliced corned beef, a tremendous amount of cheese and little 1,000 island dressing. The Ruben was flat, tasteless and slightly warm.
