I called at 6:10 and made an order and was told that it would be 45 to 50 minutes. I was fine with that. It’s Friday night and I totally understand Maxton doesn’t have a lot of choices. I am originally from NC. I have killed hogs, scalded them, and cut them up. I have cooked every part of a pig/hog that is cookable. My wife and I have traveled the world and Joe has the most magnificent ribs of any place we have eaten them. A Hawaiian Luau, or Chinese BBQ ribs in China or Tibet, can't match Joe's ribs. We looked up BBQ during a business trip. Stopped in to Joe’s and we were not let down. Met the owner himself who made us feel welcome. The food was Amazing!!! Fresh ribs so tender & juicy-meat fell right off the bones, great sweet potato fries, hush puppies. It was ALL Fresh & tasted great.
