It was like walking back into the country days of relaxation fresh air in that comfortable atmosphere almost like you've been there and should stay there. Nostalgia await you when you enter the door. A good old country cooking is waiting for you. Yes please is full of signs of the good old days on the walls the tables and chairs the counter soda box yes even no wait staff. Used to kind of place you just like to come and sit down and relax forget about what day it is and just enjoy that savory home style cooking it's more than just mom's hot dogs. I got the footlong cheese hot dog with everything on it which before I finished it everything was on me, it was so good. Plenty of toppings in just loads of melted cheese. If I would have time I would have stayed for the daily special those pork chops words just smelling good but I did the next best thing I grabbed the chicken salad sandwich and some fries I shall be back to complete...

I am embarrassed to admit that we have lived in the area for 4 years now and today was the first time I picked up lunch from Ma's. Not for lack of interest, but for poor timing, usually. Either we had already eaten or they were closed. At any rate, when your 10 year old son tells you that it is a tie for his number 1 favorite (Fry Daddy's, near Smithfield) and wants you to leave a review, you jump right online and make sure you do! Our cheeseburgers were the best ever! Truly homemade, real beef! We tried the mac-n-cheese bites, baked beans, french fries, and chicken salad as well. All passed the test of a 10 year old (McDonald's loving) kid. He may love a quick Mickey D's burger but he knows real, good, home-cooked food when he taste it. We will...

This place is a must stop 🛑 First off let me say the prices are great! They bring an old gas station deli and turned it into a diner experience. Seems like nothing has changed except the point of sale equipment in 40 years and it really makes the experience worth while. The team that was working there were incredibly helpful and full of hospitality! On to the food 🌭 🍟 🍶 I got the hotdog special comes with chilli cheese onions and mustard. The hotdog really wasn't impressive because it seems boiled if they fired or grilled I think it would be better. Also better quality dogs would help as well.
