Pizza Inn — Restaurant in North Carolina

This location has so many issues. I order from them because they are the only delivery place in my area, but half the time you can't get a delivery!

They either have the delivery turned off on the webstite so you have to call in for a delivery order, and when you do, they upcharge every menu item. It is always more expensive when you call in vs ordering online. When you tell them that, they refuse to change it and you are stuck with the more expensive price.

Or, they will have the delivery turned on when you visit the website. You will complete your order and then the time it supposed to arrive, they call and say they have no delivery drivers and then the REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY. This has happened to me twice. We have been ordering pizza for a long time and have always been satisfied. However we ordered a pepperoni pizza large, and a chicken fajita Pizza large and they were the worst two pizzas that we have ever gotten from your company. on the pepperoni pizza the greese ran off like water. Since we moved out here we have ordered from this location about 10x. Of all the delivery estimate times, none have ever been longer than they said. In fact they’re usually much quicker. My order has always been correct and the delivery driver is always friendly. This is the furthest thing from gas station pizza.
