Me and my family get take out here 2 to 3 times a month and we spend anywhere from $50 to 80$ each time. It never fails that something is always missing from our order and we have to sit there and wait another 7 to 10 minutes for them to bring the food out. Well tonight (May 31st) when my wife called in the order, the girl on the phone told her they didn't sell scallops (and my wife really wanted the scallops) so my wife ordered hamburger steak. When we got to the restaurant I asked the girl outside at the drive-thru if they sold scallops and she said yes, I explained to her what happened on the phone and she didn't do anything to correct it. She just blamed it on the girl being new, yall should train these folks better. We finally got our food and of course we were missing something that we had ordered and then had to wait 8 more minutes to get that after we waited 11 minutes to get our food to start with ( all this wait after we had called it in). Then we finally got our food so I called in to complain (because we have spent a lot of money over the last few years at this restaurant, shame on me for keeping on) and I asked for the manager. The manager got on the phone and just blew me off saying that the girl taking orders was new (I know everyone has to learn but not at the busiest time of the evening) and I explained everything I that I wrote about here and all she had to say was "OK", not I'm sorry or anything. So I told her that I would take my business elsewhere and once again the only thing she had to say was "OK",...

There were only 3 seafood combination specials. The only one that had the seafood I wanted was the Deluxe special which I ordered. In addition to the fish, shrimp, scallops and oysters that I wanted, it also came with deviled crab. I told the waitress that they could leave the deviled crab off. I didn't want it and also did not want to waste food. She said she would have to check, that they did not make substitutions to the specials. I told her that i did not want to substitute anything, I just wanted to leave the deviled crab off. She went to the kitchen and returned to say that they could not take the deviled crab off. They could not substitute. I asked her to tell the kitchen manager that I did not want to substitute anything, I just wanted to leave the deviled crab off. She came back and told me they would give me the second special and make it the seafood I requested. My Husband's and Daughter's food eventually came out (Chicken Fettuccine and Steak). They had finished eating when my Seafood came out (keep in mind that this is a Seafood Restaurant). The order was...
