Subway — Restaurant in North Carolina

It takes a lot for me to review let alone give a poor review but this establishment has no standards for employees. All employees were wearing shorts of some kind and miss matched shirts. The only reason I knew they were employees was by their head wear. One Employee would switch between doing his job and handling his child (without ever washing his hands). Even held his child while using the cash register. I understand that some people have different situations and wouldn't have had a proplem with their child being at the establishment but their child was out of control and screaming. Ordered food in April as a to go order bc they did not answer the phone. I told them it was going to be going to another family. I Ordered all cold cuts. It was difficult for the subway at joyners crossing to provide basic lettuce, tomatoes etc to go on the subs for the family. They finally did give a little lettuce and tomatoe. Said they only had 3 containers so I got 2 for oil and vinegar. Nothing more. Bill for 6 foot long cold cuts was over $100 with 2 medium size drinks added. I can go to jersey Mike's and get food cheaper and better quality. I will not be visiting 97 subway no time soon and advise others to ear their so can get...

The guy that took care of us was great! The store was extremely busy and he went right along with it taking care of us and other customers. Then a lady behind us started giving her server a hard time about the price she was going to be charged, so he spoke up and tried to explain to her that what she was ordering was different than what she ordered last trip so of course the price would be different.
