Subway — Restaurant in North Carolina

I left my original review to show a comparison of service but today made me change my mind a bit. I will also add a couple of pics to show what I received when I opened my sandwich. Normally, I will order on the app from inside the store. This gives me a better deal and let's me tell them how I would like my sandwich made. Today, however, I decided to order on the app for pick up on my way to work. I was really hoping for the best but it didn't happen. The sandwich was so sloppy and the "special instructions" was not followed. It was simple...please put the mayo on the bread. When I got to work and opened the sandwich it wasn't even close to being closed and the mayo was on top. Also, I'm not even sure everything made it on the sandwich. Anyway, note to self, and others, when ordering through the app, do so from inside the store so you can be your own quality control person.

Original: I like this location better than the one in Walmart and near Foodlion. The lady that I have dealt with(sorry don't know her name) has always been friendly and helpful. I often order from the app to get the BOGO deal but I place the order while standing in the store so I can get the sandwiches made the way I like them. This place is so dang sorry. I’ve tried ordering in person and on the app and it’s seriously the worst. Ordered online on the app, they forgot half the meal so we went back in. Got home and a wrap was smaller than a 6” sub AND THEY FORGOT THE MEAT ON A ALL AMERICAN CLUB WRAP. Last time few times they couldn’t do salads cause they don’t have lids, and if you ask for extra meat you don’t get it. By far the worst meal I ever ate. I have had cold MRE's in the Army way better than this. The bread had a rubber texture with a chewy layer like shoe leather. The bread was so dry I had crumbs all over my clothes and car. No wonder ppl eat elsewhere. I cant believe I paid 8 bucks for this. Not again. Subway you got me this time.
