The Ark Food Trailer — Restaurant in North Carolina

I really try not to do negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but this was not a positive experience. We waited to order and then stood and waited while he took 9 more orders before he started making anything. I understand his help didn’t show, but take a couple orders and then make them and then repeat. We waited for 30 minutes for 4 tacos and then the disappointment. Amazing Mexican food! We stopped in to Carolina Home and Gardens for a drink and decided to grab a bite to eat while we were there. The Ark Food Trailer did not disappoint!! The tacos were delicious (I got one chicken and one beef) and my husband got the quesadilla which was phenomenal… but let’s not overlook the freshly made chips and pico de gallo. They were the star of the show! Those chips were the best I I’ve ever tasted!! We will definitely be back for some more of this...

Amazing!!! Happened by the Carolina Garden today and the aroma surrounding the green room was too much to ignore.

Wondered around and found The Ark food truck. Pleasantly surprised at the selection of menu items. I ordered the Avocado turkey sandwich which had such fantastic flavor on the freshest bread!!!

The side of pasta salad wasn't like the usual pasta salad, this had black beans and corn it. Also incredibly flavorful.

I would definitely look for this food...
