Don’t go here if you have a gluten allergy, they were disgustingly insensitive to this. I worked for a very successful family owned restaurant for 13 years and couldn’t imagine being so insensitive to a paying customer over an allergy. I always believe in only supporting locally/family owned businesses, not chain restaurants. But I will never be a customer here again. I’ve lived in the area for 5 years and have ordered from the brick house since the first week living in the area! We’ve ordered takeout, dined in, always brought friends and family there! We’ve spent thousands there.

We were having friends over and like I said, brick house WAS one of our go to places so we decided to place a pick up order! On the phone I explained that the burger was for somebody with a gluten allergy and asked if we could get broccoli instead of fries with the burger with no bun. I was told no, which is totally fine! I get it! But then the girl said we could get onion rings or coleslaw instead. So I just said onion rings(for somebody else to eat since it apparently came with it) and then asked to pay extra for the side of broccoli(for the friend with the gluten allergy who was eating the burger) which was totally fine. But I asked that the onion rings please be in a separate container because the person eating the burger had an allergy and the onion rings couldn’t touch the burger…………. Of course I got home and gave the food to my friend and she opened it the box and the onion rings were in it. She was just going to throw the food away and not eat it. But that’s ridiculous, I paid $85 for the food and explained the situation to them on the phone so the least they could do is fix THEIR MISTAKE. So I called and asked them to fix this and the man on the phone was a complete a*hole to me. He was more worried about the fact that I got onion rings instead of fries (after his employee offered them?!?!)!!!! I just wanted broccoli as a side and was more than willing to pay for it which I did. Again I worked in this kind of environment, and I was a manager for the last 5 years and I got imagine treating somebody like this over a gluten allergy. I would have been beyond apologetic. With all that being said, I will...

We dine here regularly as it's right down the road, and I never thought I would have to post a negative review, but here it goes. The wife, kid, and I were seated promptly, and the waitress gets our drink orders. Drinks arrived, and we placed our order, an order of fried pickles, two orders of the gyros, and an order of buttered noodles with a roll. Pickles come out first, great and hey they aren't lava hot so we can dig right in to which we find two of the six are undercooked and dough was still raw inside (wish I would have taken a picture) oh well stuff happens. Next to come out is the kids buttered noodles which is great we think hey they are trying to get the kid fed first only negative here is there was no roll with butter (no worries we can fix that when the waitress comes back). Well, there we sat for an additional fifteen minutes (didn't start my timer) with no one coming back to the table. Finally, the waitress comes back, and at this point, the kid is done eating, so we ask for the rest of the order to go she apologized. Wait another 10 minutes for the order to come out, and at this point, I asked what happened , and she responded that she would get the kitchen manager. Josh comes out about 5 minutes later and this is when we address the latency issue along with the underdone pickles and also the extra order of tzatziki sauce that was just thrown in the box so that some of the fries could marinate in it. His response was they change fryer oil daily, so there's sometimes issues, they are short staffed, and the sauce in the box was unacceptable, and he will talk to the kitchen staff and our waitress Waitress comes back and says he is not going to do anything about it. I do not expect this type of service, especially from a family that owns multiple restaurants. Short staffed is not an excuse anymore if you can not find people that let's me know you're not competitive. Last time we go back,...

I came here for dinner with my client. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich with a side order of fried chips. After I received my food I called the waitress right back to my table to let her know my fried chips were cold. She said no they are room temperature. I told her I like them hot with my sandwich. She offer to go heat them up. I said no. She took the chips away. She came back about 15-20 minutes later and said I’m sorry I’m going to have to box your chips up for you to take home because I still have to charge you for them. I said I don’t want them cold and I am not going to pay for them. I asked her if it says on their menu that they are served cold she said no. She still insisted that I pay for them. I asked to speak to her manager she said he is in the back you can go talk to him. About 10 minutes later another women walks up to our table and put the to go containers on the table and says your taking these and paying for them there isn’t anything wrong with them. I said they are cold. She walks over to the menus and said well it doesn’t say on the menu that it’s hot so you will pay for them. I said that’s fine just give me my bill I’ll file a complaint against this place. When the waitress returns with the checks she says I’m sorry I took it off your bill. I won’t be coming back to this place. The food sucks and the service is worse. I’ve was never so embarrassed to be treated like that in front of my client or other customers like that. My check says server #1035. It’s a shame I had to even give one star to write...

The food was really good. The only reason I dropped a star was because service was very slow. It took almost 10 minutes to get waited on after we sat and it continued to be that way throughout the time we were there from getting drinks to getting out food. We were on a leisure outing so it was really no big deal for us at the time but just a heads up in case your eating in a hurry. The food was great when we got it! We will be back, maybe we just had a fluke day where they were extra backed up or something.

This was the last straw. Took the family here for dinner and we ordered SOFT pretzels as an appetizer. The pretzels came out burnt and hard as a rock. Told the waitress who was nice enough. She took the pretzels back to the kitchen and she then came back and said ā€œthe cook said That’s just how they are madeā€. They didn’t offer to replace them just said ā€we will take them off of the billā€ There are too many other options to go back and the food, in my opinion has down hill.
