Buster`S Pizza — Restaurant in North Little Rock

This place SUCKS! PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID! According to my phone, we placed an order at 6 pm. Delivery guy brought pizza in 35 minutes, but forgot our salad. He promised to bring back salad. Two hours later, I called, wondering where my salad was! TWO HOURS, verified by phone! Turns out, the guy brought salad to wrong room. Instead of CALLING to verify what room was ours, he left the salad at the front desk, but we didnt even know! They finally called to say that the salad was at the front desk. Well, after driving 13 hrs, and already in my pj's, no, in fact, I did NOT wish to go downstairs to the lobby to get it. We asked them to credit our account, and they refused to. So, they offered ZERO recompense for making our salad TWO HOURS LATE. Nuttin. They should gave credited the salad, or THE ENTIRE ORDER. Sometimes, it just doesn't pay to use a small time, family business. ...

Ordered two times from this facility, while getting work done on my truck. I was influenced to try Buster's because there were flyers for them in the drivers lounge at MHC Kenworth. On to the review.

I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with onion rings, lasagna, and chili cheese fries the first day, and the lasagna and onion rings and burger were all excellent. The chili cheese fries were merely ok. The lasagna was absolutely delicious, and the onion rings were perfectly cooked to a golden brown, and not greasy. Yep, crisp and golden without being soggy with grease.

The next day I ordered two lasagna meals and a large onion rings, and the quality was consistent. Unfortunately the food had fallen over in it's bag and some of the lasagna sauce leaked, but it wasn't the end of the world or anything. Good food at a good price, I will be eating from...

Worst food I've ever had. There was a mosquito in the french fries. My 1 year old daughter was hospitalized due to food poisoning which caused dehydration. Their customer service was very poor from the beginning but we were hungry and just got in from a flight and she was starving and loves french fries which she was not even able to eat due to the mosquito which could have flown in there as they were closing the package so I didn't allow her to eat them but I allowed her to taste the hamburger which we both then suffered from food poisoning. When I called back they acted like they could not understand anything I was saying and continuously hung up on me.
