I came in about 1245 .There was a few people in front of me,a guy who pulled up at the drive through as I was walking in. I knew it would be a few minutes as this greasy guy was the only employee behind the counter. After a few minutes a few more customers 3 or 4 a girl came in from the back like the bathroom or I was assuming she just got to work. The greasy guy asked her to get on veggie and the register and she did so no questions asked. The line started moving more quickly. The phone kept ringing this started before the girl came in.he kept saying he wasn't going to answer it. After the girl came he answered and told them to hold. He called a guy from the back to come get the phone and see what they want they keep calling. In his words. The sub the guy behind me ordered he only had enough meat for his sandwich. He went in the back to get more came out telling the young lady at the register he told her to do take something out and cook it not just take it out. I was thinking ok you could have waited to say that instead of making a fuss about it in front of all the customers. He put the guy behind me sub in the toaster and then started in on the girl about her pants how she needs to wear jeans like him or black kaki pants he carried on for several minutes about she's won't be able to clock in the next time. The girl continued to work quietly. As I look at this greasy guy with his jersey subway shirt which was crusty and the letters were peeling or crumbling off and looked at her who didn't look like her work attire was inappropriate. AGAIN UNPROFESSIONALLY repremanding in front of the line of customers. I gave him the stank eye like who tf do you think you are he looked like he smell of bologna. When I got to the register the young girl greeted me with a smile she was polite. I apologized for his disgusting UNPROFESSIONAL behavior in front of customers she thanked me. I left went back to workbut at the end of the day I went back to get that girl information on the open positions within the company I work for. I hope she applies. Read moreI have to start by stating that I do not like Subway. Their food is garbage compared to any other sandwich shop I've been too. But the convenience factor of this store being on a few miles away from my house has played an important factor in my eating here.
But no longer.
Stopped by today on lunch while working from home to grab a sandwich. Sandwich prep went fine and the staff was friendly and fast. After checking out I went to grab my drink. Nothing came out of the machine. I turned to the staff and asked them what the problem was. They replied the machine was turned off as it wasn't working. There was no sign on the machine indicating this and the staff did not warn me when I mentioned I wanted a combo. Why??
So I was just shrugged and said whatever, they still had tea. There was no ice of course because that's part of the machine. But I don't mind a warm sweet tea. Filled my cup up with sweet tea and left. Get the car and take a drink. No sugar.

So that's it. This, along with a host of issues in the past has finally overridden the convenience factor of this place. I won't be back. There are locals places that I should be eating at anyways in Scott. And if I really want a sandwich, I am now willing to drive 20+ more miles roundtrip for...
Read moreThese people are always rude. I work about 10 mins away from here and its pretty much the only option to eat for lunch. There isn't to much of anything else close. These people have the worse attitudes. They don't greet you, they look at you and mumble. I always to a online order. I get there and they literally ignore me, so i wait 10 mins for them to just hand me my food that's already prepared. The lady looks at me slops it over my way and doesn't say thank you have a nice day or anything, LACK OF MANNERS. My sandwich wasn't even made correctly, they didn't toast it like I asked. The vegetables were definitely out of date, they didn't add the cheese I asked for , oh and they're always putting a sign up that says lobby closed, drive thru only. They're lazy.
