The Freeze — Restaurant in North Manheim Township

What's worse...no service or bad service ? In my case, it was no service. Usually a busy place, I walked into The Freeze on a Wednesday afternoon at 1:30, June 21. There were 3 young girls behind the counter and I was 1 of 3 customers in the store. I stood at the register for a few minutes...nothing. We were 15 feet apart, how do they not know I'm there. I could've helped myself to whatever I wanted, I don't think they would have noticed. I started the countdown, that if nobody approached me, I'd be out the door. Time was up so I left and I won't be back. Lots of other places serve ice cream, I'll go to one of them. The owner is more than welcome to check his camera. On Memorial Day, (May 27th, 2024) my mother and I decided to go inside the Freeze for some ice cream. The servers were very nice, but the customers were rude. When we placed our order and my mother was getting her change, she dropped it and some man took her change and used it to pay for his order.

Now, I was always told that if you saw someone drop something, you should give it back to the rightful owner, not keep it to yourself, unless the owner said "You can keep it." But in this case, the man didn't care to ask either of us if we dropped the change, instead, he took it and used it for his meal. I don't like to complain but after this incident, we WILL...

Each time we come here, its always something. This last time, my daughter ordered a coffee milkshake. She tried it and didnt like it. I tried it and something was definitely wrong with it. It was bitter and flat out gross. We asked to exchange it but they said "since we drank out of it, we couldnt." OK so 1) if we didnt try it, how would we know it was gross 2) if we didnt taste it, would u have resold it??
