I had the most marvelous lunch here with my grandmother.

I had the Ranchero burger with grilled mushrooms and onions, the works, and swiss cheese. Granny had her own spicy Bronco burger with jalapeños and onions and pepperjack cheese. Steak burger patties hand-made to order and delightful buns with light cheese on top. Absolutely the best burger I have had in my life, hands down. (I’m I’m a native Texan, trust me on this) Come hungry and leave happy! The portions are a great size for the price and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would come back daily if I could afford to eat out that often. Cannot give this place a more glowing review. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop in.

And their cinnamon rolls are HUMONGOUS. $5 each, smells incredible, and tastes even better. Holy mackerel is this place...

Food was bland and under seasoned. Waitress was inattentive and unfriendly. No refills unrequested. Seemed hesitant to touch anything that belonged to me but not my boyfriend this was very obvious. Very offensive. Did not come to the table at all to ask if anything was needed. She knocked over my boyfriend's coffee cup but had no urgency to clean up the mess that SHE MADE on my side and silverware. Seemed to be waiting for me to clean it up myself. Owner should train Waite staff and others to recognize that ALL money is green no matter the color of hand the patron has and though you are located in a very tiny town, there is a big wide world outside with people of many colors who might deign to patronize your establishment. A friend and I ate in and i had a garlic western. It was so salty that the salt overpowered the sweet baby ray bbq sauce and the bacon as well as the burger were both burnt. My friends meal was "amazing" as he put it...Also i Ordered a club with onion rings to go but while paying and waiting for it I noticed the cook came out with my order and then for whatever reason he looked at me, took the Togo order back Into the kitchen and then brought it back out with different sized Togo boxes. Anyways I Got home and had a sloppy club sandwich with potato salad... But with all that being said I think that the owner is a delightful person and I just feel like she should know when things aren't up to par.
