Angelina's Pizza — Restaurant in North Ridgeville

Horrible service. I ordered 4lbs of wings asked that each pound be put in to separate containers so they didn't get soggy from the steam.when they are delivered they had 2 containers and they were stuck together from it being so hot. The wings were like rubber from getting soggy. I called and they explained that it was a new guy who took my order and said I had a credit on my account for all 4lbs of wings. I call again a week later ordered 4lbs explained the situation I had before and that there should be a credit on my account for the 4lbs. The manager got on the phone (same one who told me originally I had thr credit for 4) and told me my total, I asked if it was for 4 lbs he said no it's for 2...I explained again he told me no I'm wrong there wasn't anything wrong before...AND if I had a problem I could drive up there to pick up a business card with his managers email on it to contact her..keep in mind I was placing an order for delivery...why would I drive up there? Or why wouldn't they send it with the driver? So I asked if he could tell me over the phone he goes to find a card, comes back tells me there aren't any there's no way for me to speak to someone else. I place the order still when this order is delivered they placed the wings in tiny containers where they barely fit and they were rubbery and stuck together...YUCK! And the sauces spilled out everywhere all over the containers...didn't bother to call back and complain.they lost...

Hello foodies I'm here today with my beautiful mother this is the first time here while I can actually eat inside there while we need a meatball sub 1 to 10 I would give it a 10 french fries you make it a basket for $3 more and get a drink and french fries a french fries are seasoned very well I would give them about a 93 they do however have a beautiful kitchen that when you're eating inside you can see the whole kitchen I said clear kitchen like the clear plastic or whatever it's you can see everybody working in the kitchen what a beautiful place here again meatball sub is outstanding I highly recommend this place to come here nice and cozy place and not been not bad for a meatball supper $8 in today's world. We tried Angelina's in North Ridgeville, the night of Dec. 15, 2016. Ordered an antipasto salad and a large deluxe pizza. The salad was alright, I didn't expect anything spectacular for $13 but, at least thought it would be fresh, not prepackaged. The pizza was barely cooked, maybe enough to melt the cheese. I had specified "well done" and "light on sauce" on the order form and, made sure to repeat these requests again in the special instructions box. You wouldn't have been able to hold a slice without it ripping in half with your fingers poking through it. Putting the Pizza in our oven for another half hour didn't even fix it. I'm not a Pizza chef so, I don't know how to make it properly myself but, I'm a pizza lover who knows what he likes and, it's not Angelina's. Lesson...
