Pflugh's Country Market LLC — Restaurant in North Sewickley Township

Pflugh's has always had great food and great customer service, and I've been there pretty frequently for both myself and for work lunches.

I felt the need to finally write a review, because Jade absolutely blew it out of the water last week - I had lost a receipt from an order ~2 months ago for a business lunch, and naturally I was in for a spanking from our accounts payable department.

Jade picked up the phone, and I explained my situation. Without hesitation, attitude, or anything other than a friendly attitude, she got to work right away figuring out how to pull up the reciept. She apologized for the amount of time it was taking multiple times (which was completely unnecessary given how big of a favor it was to me), and eventually managed to get it emailed over to me.

I spent 10 years in retail management, and I have to say that Jade as well as most of the folks at Pflugh's are the type of people I'd be trying to poach for my own business. That experience is definitely going to be front and center in my mind from now on when I'm thinking about...

There's a reason it has 5 stars across the board. We're from Akron Ohio on our way back from Pittsburgh and we're looking for something that's not fast food and found this joint. It's only 15 mins off 76 and 15 mins back and it's totally worth it. Everything was amazing, I got the Tuscan Turkey and my wife got the club. The sandwich are toasted perfectly, the bread was soft and wasn't too much, they weren't shy on the toppings! The homemade cookies and peanut butter chocolate balls were fantastic! I can't believe what a great sanddwhcih and friendly service I got for $8, we can't wait to come back when we pass...

Wow... We stopped in on our way home to Akron from Pittsburgh, and didn't regret even a minute of the extra back roads we had to drive to get here. It looks like it's right off 76, but it's not. However, make the drive and get yourself one of the best deli sandwiches I've ever had, served by the nicest people! There was so much meat, the bread was perfect, the toppings were plentiful but not excessive, and the ordering process was easy. I can't say enough nice things about this place.
