Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Smithfield

When things are made correct, the food is actually fantastic in my opinion, but unfortunately 40% to 50% of the time it's either incorrect or just missing toppings in general, I ordered a two topping pizza. A topping was missing. I called the restaurant three times for someone to pick up and hang up immediately and then two more times to voicemail. Drove there myself to get it fixed. Explain what I would like and they take it. I get it. Toppings are fine. Drive home. Take a bite. There's 0 tomato sauce on the pizza... Meanwhile the person that was fixing it was talking on the phone half the time and is probably why they always forget toppings because they allow phones In the kitchen. Done with this though. This is the same place that had delivered me an uncut pizza. Forgot my toppings multiple times. Gave me icing for my garlic bites. No butter on the parm bites. I could go on. And I have complained and had it fixed quite a few times but that means nothing when it keeps happening. So if your a gambling man then MAYBE you will get what you ordered and it will be very good! But chances are it's not...

Where to begin… always takes well over an hour, even though website says 35 minutes when you order. That’s just the basic complaint. Ordered once and they NEVER showed up, never called, and found out there was a power outage so, ok I get it, but not even a call the next day or anything. Last order this past week I got a call from them over 45 mins after I ordered (said estimated delivery within 34 mins by the way) and the person said the order was going to take AT LEAST another 90 minutes?! Asked for a manager and that was a mistake! Got no good answer or customer service just stated that they are short staffed. I asked why they didn’t call when I placed the order instead of 45 mins later and got no response. TERRIBLE! I know these are franchises and it’s hard to get help nowadays but I’m all set! Giving Dominos a really bad name up here. I always get the email from corporate stating “sorry we did not live up to expectations” blah blah with a minimal coupon good for use within 7 days. Love their pizza, terrific, but their cinnamon sticks need SERIOUS HELP!!❌❌ I get that Dominos is a greasy nostalgic fast-food eatery but the amount of grease on those sticks are ridiculous!!! Honestly a health hazard! I lifted the box to find the bottom completely soaked and falling apart, grease literally DRIPPING out of the box, and don’t get me started on the sticks themselves- I picked one up- and it seemed just the slight pressure from my fingers and was enough to squeeze some of the grease out. Curiously- I decided to squeeze the stick as hard as I could (basically squishing it) and the amount of grease that came out was unbelievable- it wasn’t even small drips- for a few short seconds it was like a mini little waterfall of grease just falling from that little stick!!
