First let me save you some time, don't bother visiting on a friday during Lent or on a Saturday, because they will be too busy and tell you it's gonna be over an hour wait. Even if you ordered for takeout we saw those people waiting 30 mins too. The sad thing is the food is actually decent but the service is lacking. It's not amazing food but not bad, but I feel really disappointed and let down after the photos looked amazing, and I traveled two hours to visit this place. We were not greeted with a "hi, how are you doing or thanks for stopping in we'll be right with you." We were greeted with an exasperated kid/genz saying in a huffy voice "we're out of fish, and this and that, and it's over an hour wait !" That's no way to welcome new customers to your business. We ended up getting our pizza first before other people who had been waiting for fish for almost an hour. My crab cakes did take the full hour. And there was no reason for the wait. It was busy but no more than a normal weekend and the pizza oven was empty over half the time we were there. They did not have things running smoothly like it's just mismanaged Unfortunately,....which is a shame because the food is not bad. The crust was fresh and their sauce is pretty decent. The service checked on us only once during our meal and had to ask us twice before we got our food what we had ordered. The pictures looked great online, which is what brought us in but my crab cakes were extremely small and I wouldn't have felt comfortable paying $9.99 for that as a meal let alone $19.99. The pizzas are a bit small too, but the sauce is decent. Warning they put pineapple on their veggies pizzas. We did not want that but just picked it off. I don't think it was listed on the list of vegetables. We were disappointed with the service because they weren't really apologizing to people for the long waits, and we saw several groups of people walk out. If they had somebody better managing the orders coming in, and giving orders as to what to put in the oven at a time.I think they could serve twice the people that were there in half the time. They seemed overly flustered and overwhelmed by a few orders at a time. If you're going to go at all, I would recommend going on a weekday or like a monday or tuesday when it's slow and you will probably get better service. Because we traveled so far to come to this place, I can't recommend it to my friends in washington county and I can't say that I will be back again. No one cared that people were unhappy,...
Read moreHeard great things about this place so we decided to give it a tried ordered 2 large pizzas, chicken Caesar salad and buffalo chicken rolls $60 worth of food.l wanted to try a little bit of everything. Was told an hour in half wait , okay was still willing to try it . Placed it at 5:30 . 2 hours goes by it takes me to call them and the owner is given the phone for him to tell me that “the pizzas are just going thru the oven now 5-7 mins and they will be out . They are short staffed and he is sorry” we’ll I understand most places are, so I said understand and hung up. But it didn’t sit right with me after I gave it thought , he didn’t even try to make it right , after all this is my dinner for me and my kids who have been waiting to eat for 2 hours expecting our food any minute. I called back to cancel my order which I did. Then a number calls me back and it’s the owner , telling me that all the food has been cooked already( I just spoke to him 2 minutes before and he said it was 5-7 mins before my pizzas were done in our previous conversation. I then said I’m sorry I’m not interested and I would like my money back, he then Proceeds to say” we’ll what should I do with it just throw the food away” I said do whatever you want I don’t want it I waited 2 hours . He then says “we’ll we sometimes have 3 hr waits that’s how busy we are “. I was just floored by the gull to call a customer back to try and make them accept the food that took way too for any pizza establishment , unreal! I really do wish we could have tried the food because the great things we heard but sadly it seems this is an ongoing problem from reading the other reviews and it would be wise to management to maybe shut your online ordering off if you can’t keep up with the volume of business because of staffing issues .that just my...
Read moreMe and my boyfriend needed to have our car towed from Fat Angelo's parking lot. The owner - Tom - was so nice and let us leave our car parked here overnight. When we came the next afternoon to meet AAA, we decided to stop in and have lunch here. The inside was immaculate! You could see them making all the tough and putting our order together right there. It was such a large, beautiful pizza kitchen. The food itself - I shouldn't haven't to say more than the pictures- but I will. Pepperoni Rolls - phenomenal!!! Buffalo Chicken Rolls - the best I've EVER had! The dough is crispy on the outside, but thick and doughy on the inside. It has Buffalo chicken pieces (with no fat or gristle on it - this is my biggest pet peeve) and it was cooked to perfection. The homemade ranch sauce just puts it over the top. The Oreo Cinnabons- I felt as though I was cheating on my boyfriend. These things are INSANELY GOOD! Huge cinnamon rolls with Oreos crushed up and places in every single bite! The icing on top, is just that. They even gave us some extra Oreo Cinnabons for having to camp out on their property until the tow truck came.
10/10 would and will recommend 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 hospitality and personality And 10/10 for being a phenomenal experience all around. These guys rock, and the food is...
