Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Township

I want to give this Dunkin a good review, but I honestly have nothing good to say about this location. When it first opened, it was great! It's convenient, since my place of work is right down the road from it, and it's also the nearest Dunkin from home.

But then it went downhill, and it's always a guessing game of whether this location is opened or closed, or if orders will actually be right. Anytime a coworker or myself stop here... 98 percent of the time, orders are messed up: no flavoring, wrong type of coffee drink, no sugar, using dairy when asked for a non-dairy substitute... We've placed an order for delivery, during a deep clean day, and all of our orders were wrong.

There are lack of signs on the door, to indicate whether the lobby is open or closed, or if hours have been changed. The staff treats you as an inconvenience and an annoyance, and food orders are a hit or miss, because most of the time...They're not taking food orders.

I have stopped going to this location, and have been taking the extra few minutes, to drive to the next nearest Dunkin, on the other side of the tracks. It's further from work, and a bit out of the way, but at least there has never been an issue with wrong orders, unlike...

I am a frequent customer of Dunkin’ Donuts. This location is completely fine in terms of service speed. The food is made to expectation. I have not had any issues with any staff members. I have to drop two stars because I have repeatedly asked for decaf coffee and have received caffeinated coffee. Unfortunately, it is not something I recognize until it is too late. As someone who does not tolerate caffeine properly, this creates an issue for my day and now I have lost trust in ordering beverages. When I have to ask for a manager to make sure my coffee is, in fact, decaffeinated, it negates the convenient qualities of ordering from this restaurant. I will still shop here but only when it suits me to have the time go inside to speak to a manager before ordering to ensure...
