This place seemed to draw me in. I was ready to give it a try.
My significant other and I walked inside. We were able to choose our table and chose 13. I looked at the menu to see what was offered.
From the Beverages: $3 section, I ordered a Diet Coke. From the Margaritas section, I ordered a Five Dollar Margarita for $5. The Flavors stated (Combine Up To 2 Flavors). I went with Lime. The server gave me options for the style and I chose on the rocks. The server gave me the choice of salt or sugar on the rim. I chose salt. The Galaxy Famous Nachos section stated Topped With Suizo Cheese, Sour Cream & Jalapeno Slices Bean Spread Over Nachos. We went with a Small Cheese, No Meat for $6. The Tacos section stated Flour, Corn, Fried, Grilled. I ordered a Flour A La Carte Beef for $3. The Burritos section stated Topped With Suizo Cheese. I ordered an A La Carte Chorizo, No Egg for $10.
We were given free chips, green sauce, and red sauce. All of it tasted bad and seemed to be low quality. I was given free water. It wasn’t good. The Diet Coke was okay and so was the free refill. The Margarita was alright. It was worth the price of $5. The Nachos were decent. The Beef wasn’t good. It wasn’t worth the price of $3. The Chorizo, No Egg was terrible. It lacked flavor. I was disappointed.
The service was alright. It could have been better in my opinion.
Overall, my experience was bad. I wouldn’t go here again.

We got to choose our table, so that was a positive way to start off. The complimentary chips and salsa we were given were good. The chips had a nice crisp to them. The green sauce had a pleasant flavor. The red sauce was okay. Adding salt on the chips really amplified the flavor!
I ordered a Diet Coke and from the Margaritas section, I chose a Small. It was $8.99 and came standard as lime. I got it on the rocks with salt around the rim. The Diet Coke was smooth and so was the complimentary refill I had. The Margarita had a sweet, yet sour taste to it. I enjoyed it in a very odd way. The price may have been steep, but this drink did pack a mean zing!
We ordered Nachos. They were Topped With Suizo Cheese, Sour Cream & Jalapeno Slices. We got the (1/4 Order) and chose Chicken, which was $6.99. I ordered the Carne Asada from the Dinners section, which Comes With Tortillas (Corn Or Flour), Rice & Beans. I chose Corn Tortillas. This dinner was $14.99. The Nachos were fantastic! The cheese was thick and tasty. The Carne Asada was cooked decent and had a nice flavor to it, especially after I placed it in the yummy Tortillas. The Rice & Beans were good.
The service was good. I was given everything I needed. Our server was polite.
Overall, I was pleased with my experience. I might come back here someday.

Read moreI heard that this place has good nachos so I decided to check this place out after work. Good location right right by the South Shore train station. I ordered a half order of Birria nachos and 2 a la carte Birria tacos for a total of $24! The bartender asked if I wanted lettuce, tomato, and cheese on my tacos. I said I would just like cilantro and onion. While I was waiting for my food, the drunk obnoxious guy at the bar ruined the whole vibe, but then the bartender brought me my food and it was even worse. The nachos looked good but they definitively weren’t birria tacos and I paid $15 for a half order!! Then she brought two awful looking tacos and a cup “birria consumé”, which literally looked like dirty water. They must not know what birria is. They should take it off the menu. The whole experience was just horrible but I didn’t even bother complaining because it didn’t seem like any of the staff knew what was going on. I asked for my check and the bartender entered No Cheese, lettuce, or tomato for my tacos but charged me extra for cilantro and onion. Smh. You have got to be kidding me! I will NEVER come back...
