McDonald's — Restaurant in North Township

My wife and I went to this McDonald's and ordered our food. While they were making our frapaccino and shakes I noticed that nobody was wearing gloves, and the person handing our our food had these huge white fake finger nails on. When I made a comment about it and asked for the drinks to be made over a manager approached the window and asked what was wrong. When I explained she turned to the crew and told them all that they were supposed to be wearing gloves. They had me pull up to wait. The supposed store manager brought us the drinks with gloves on and proceeded to rudely tell me that the policy is for hand washing only and if I am worried about the virus then I should not be coming to McDonalds. She claimed that I was rude to her employees and that she will not have that. I requested my money back and she proceeded to down talk to me even when I explained that I was on the phone with corporate. She stated that she did not care and that I should have stayed home. I explained that if the front area was not wearing gloves how did we know since it is now drive thru only that the grill area was wearing gloves. We are in a troubling time and all it takes is 1 person to start a problem. Apparently that store manager if it was even her apparently does not care about the safety of her customers or employees by having then do a simple task as to wear gloves when handling ice cream and such drinks. Needs to get orders right for drive through I’m not going back for the for the 4th time to get an order that is supposedly going to be done right ! I know it’s my fault for not checking but y’all have it on the damn screen! I’ve worked at McDonald’s, I know how this works ! Number 7 plain ! 3 times in a day ! Be for real ? The fourth picture was from this morning ! My kids father took my 3 kids and this happens !, imagine spending $ 10.48 on each time you go to the drive through! Trying to please your kids, on a meal they want but since they are picky they can’t eat it, 3 times in a row is crazy, first time their dad buys it, second I buy for my son, I asked my girls after I buy my sons, if they had McDonald’s they said no because it had ketchup mustard and pickles and onion I go drive through again & buy it the 3 rd time for my two girls and this happens! Wtf guys get it together ! Lucky I don’t have their dad’s receipt, he made put it in the fridge so he can eat it later ! But still !...

McDonald's has always been a great cheap place to eat whenever we're on the road, I like it. But the customer service is just BAD. The ladies who take orders, prepare the food, fix drinks, etc are just horrible! They're not professional. They're not polite. I ALWAYS have a problem with them everytime I go. Especially the one in East Chicago on Indianapolis Blvd. Either my order was wrong, they gave me the wrong food, they give out attitudes. one time they didn't hand me the money in my hand the right way, they let it go before i even grabbed it and it flew off they didn't apologize or anything, they just said "sorry not our problem now". It was a five dollar bill and a few change. I lost $5 that day! I understand everyone is NOT perfect but common they can't be messing up EVERYTIME I go, or one my family members go or friends. They have to change the people there, or at least set up a strict rule. The manager is just the same way. There's no point in talking...
