Came to this restaurant with my family for the first time. We were greeted right away and taken to our table.

They offered to make guacamole fresh at the table. I will say it was nice that you could add the ingredients you wanted, and they made it right in front of you. But the $12 price was not worth it. You don't even get that much. Get the pre made stuff instead.

I ordered the nachos Santa Fe (pictured) which came with steak and chicken. The meat was cut in thin slices and there was not enough of it. My wife ordered just a plain cheese quesadilla. But she wasn't really happy with the taste of it.

My mom had the Enchiladas with green sauce (pictured). She mentioned everything was good. My dad ordered the steak with vegetables. Unfortunately we had to send it back because it was too hard to chew. So he ordered the shrimp with grilled veggies. Thankfully that was to his liking.

The place was busy and loud. So it was hard to hear each other to make conversations. It also seemed like the AC was not working and felt warm inside.

It was fun to try a new place, but I don't think we will be...

Let's start with important things, the lady who served me was awesome. Don't know her name but I hope she reads this 😁 she treated me well, refilled my drink and my salsa cup, very sweet person. The food was warm and chips with salsa were nice, I had a steak and cheese burrito which didn't taste bad but for the price it was underwhelming beans and rice on the side were warm and good tasting but I'd rather have a better burrito than rice on the side . For desert I had a banana split which was great, very good combination with some oats in it and bananas, tasted good and well put together. I like Mexican food and I have it regularly but I felt like this wasn't the best experience. Wasn't bad but not great. I think it needs some more value for money. It was quite loud in there as well,a TV with sports on the wall, you can't hear yourself when talking to a server, it gives you mixed feelings about what it is, a bar or a restaurant? Can't be both. They have some promotion going on Fridays so looks like I got a discount, overall I'd say give it a try but this is not the average...

First off, being greeted at the door is always pleasant. Their menus are tablets so you get a visual for anything you want to order, modern and convenient for those (like me) who can never decide what to eat. Even with the tablets though, you don't lose the personal touch as you still have your order taken by a server. I forgot to ask the young lady who served us today what her name was but she checked on us often and (against my will) plotted with my friend to fully embarrass me with a sombrero and birthday song. (All in good fun) the entire staff seemed friendly, the place was clean, and above all else, the flavors were spot on. I'm very picky when it comes to Mexican food and most places fail to leave a good impression. Habaneros was quite exceptional. I don’t have a single complaint other than I wore the wrong shoes for that parking lot 🤣

100/10 definitely...

So we saw this new restaurant and were excited to try it, right of the bat, I was impressed with the service. I definitely liked the chips and salsa within 1 min of sitting down. We ordered the queso fundido, but beware, this is not the typical dish you would get at an authentic Mexican place. This one here was more like a queso blanco sauce. So it's not that it tastes bad but just giving you guys a heads up. I had them make me a custom wet burrito, it was OK they forgot a few ingredients. My kids had the asada nachos and asada torta. The nachos were ok but the torta bread was hard and it was also missing the sour cream my son ordered. Having said this, the steak fajitas someone else ordered did look great, we will try this place again and order the fajitas next time. Overall, I do recommend this place for this area, the service will be awesome.

We enjoyed the cozy environment and the friendly wait staff at this establishment. It was a good place to stop for a quick meal after a long day of hiking at the state park. The food was fresh and well cooked except all food was a little too aggressively seasoned yet the homemade tortilla had almost no seasoning. The imbalance of taste was not unnoticed. Three of the four food we ordered were basically the same seasoning with almost the same ingredients. Having been exposed to some authentic Mexican food, it didn't have the bold flavors we were looking for in Mexican cuisine except the homemade hot sauce, which was the best out of everything we ate there. The portions were very generous and the staff were all so friendly.
