Villa Lentini — Restaurant in North Whitehall Township

Have been here a few times but mostly just get takeout. Grabbed a pub table and it took 10 minutes till a drink order was taken. No apology for the wait and she ran off. Another 10 minutes until the drinks were delivered. Asked to place our order immediately which seemed to annoy her. Worst old fashion ever but never had a chance to give any feedback as we were ignored. 45 minutes later our food was delivered! A cheeseburger and shrimp and salmon salad. The fires didn't even arrive with the meal, they showed up ten minutes later. We were never asked how everything was or if we needed anything. Waters needed a refill and wanted parmesan cheese for the salad. We ended up going to the front pizza counter to ask. The next time we were addressed was when we caught the server walking by. Again she never asked how everything was or if we wanted anything additional or dessert. Simply asked for the check and wanted to leave as this all took an hour and 40 minutes. First time I visit this amazing restaurant It was at a wedding about 2 years ago and was so amazed by the taste of the food that always stood behind my mind to come back to this restaurant and I was going out for lunch with my sister one afternoon And she said let's go back to that restaurant that we went to that wedding that the food was so good and here we go again and the food was amazing today is 10/11/22 and the food is amazing or even better then i had that the very first time but the best part of it is the staff "Father Phill" greeting when you first walking the welcome he shows you the beautiful person he is and then to continue with our lovely server Mary Jane she is the most pleasant attentive to our needs and wants she makes it happy with a smile and the warmest of hospitality It is by far the best Italian restaurant experience!.. Absolutely the worst meal and service I’ve ever experienced in my life. We had a party of 7 at 4:30pm. Not a soul in sight. Waited 30 minutes to order. Got salad and no bread for 30 minutes. I had to hunt the waitress down. Ordered muscles and they were so old it was frightening to eat. I didn’t eat them. My mother ordered Stromboli and it was extremely burnt, inedible. Waitress never checked if we were ok. Had to hunt someone down to fix the Stromboli situation and it was the owner. He literally rolled his eyes and sucked his teeth. Waitress never came back for 1 hour. Had to find her for the desert menu. 30 minutes later we asked for the check because she never came for the desert order. Didn’t get out of there until 7 pm without desert. When I mentioned that we wanted desert but had to wait too long the waitress sasses me and threw something....
