Village House of Pizza — Restaurant in Northbridge

I'd rather eat my cats food than order here EVER AGAIN!!! I wish there was an option for 0 stars or negative stars, as this establishment certainly doesn't deserve any!!! Family's PLEASE be careful even bringing your children HERE!!! I normally do not waste my positive energy writing bad reviews but her I go... This place is just awful!!!! Tonight I tried calling in a pick-up order a half hour before they closed for 1 quick sub ...their phone rang incessantly...I proceeded to hang-up and try again a few times. On my 3rd and final call EVER.... I was greeted with a male voice on the other end telling me to f* off!!! Wonderful customer service Village House of pizza!!!! Superb manners with your staff (my sarcasm is extremely thick fyi)!!! The past 2 times I've ordered there it's been horrendous anyways!!! They put what they want on what you order and are extremely rude if you try have them correct it!!! Out of 7 items 1 was correct and not overcooked to the point you chip a tooth biting into it!!! The next time I went in to order at the counter (hoping maybe they had a bad night NOT) 2 employees were in a heated argument with one another! Meanwhile a line of people waiting to order, which was 5 people deep and at least 6-8 waiting for their orders in their extremely hot restaurant. Both women did not even care that customers were waiting nor that children were present in this establishment as these adult women proceeded to yell profanities at one another!!! Meanwhile all the rest of the staff stood there and did nothing!!! 4 additional emplyoyees behind the counter plus a manager or possibly the owner!!! Thank you so much for this because you saved me money on most likely another HORRIBLE hardly edible experience at your restaurant!!! Keep up the good...

Their food is pretty good. Especially considering what’s around this area. But their customer service is extremely lacking. I just moved to the area and had been there before so I was happy there would be a good pizza place just a few hundred feet from my new home. First time I ordered prices on the site and what I was actually charged were different. That didn’t bother me as much but the prices from the site are the same ones posted in store. Ok, fine. Ordered again, no issues other than a slightly longer wait then quoted. Next time I come in to pick up my order was told just a moment, then I can clearly hear all of the people working arguing that someone never put my order in they never said anything to me. Just had me sitting there waiting 15 or so minutes while they scrambled to get it together never apologized or anything once I did get it. I would have left but I paid before I realized everything that happened. Decided to take a break and try other local places. Then a month or so later I decided let’s give it another try. We order out every Monday and with summer and sports sometimes more. So I liked the convenience and the food being pretty good. So a couple orders in everything is fine. Then I order a few chicken tender orders. I pick it up and bring it home to realize one is incorrect. I call woman on the phone says we will fix it come pick up in 10-15 minutes. I arrive and a man rudely stated they ran out of the chicken and that’s why I was given the incorrect one. No call to tell me in original order and no call to tell me before I went back. Highly unprofessional and only gave 2 stars because generally food is good. In times like these I don’t take reviews lightly but customer service is everything in...

Update: If I could give 0 stars I would. We've moved closer to Village pizza and decided to give them another shot. HUGE MISTAKE. After waiting about 90 min for food (that was wrong) and finding HAIR cooked throughout a slice of pizza, I was told to bother one of the other pizza joints in town. Reached out to let them know hair was in their food and they acted like I wanted money or free food. NOPE! Simply reaching out so you can A) tell your staff, and B) check the rest of your food. But no, we want nothing from you because we will never order from here again.

This used to be the only pizza spot my family ordered from, but that has changed. After a few mishaps (wrong food, soggy/gross food, and delivery taking well over an hour) we've moved on. Today we gave it a shot as our spot doesn't have a driver. It's been quite some time so why not. Terrible idea. We have been waiting about an hour and a half for our food and still haven't gotten it.
