Spark Bagel — Restaurant in Northport

To start off with, the bagels that I and bluejay had today had such a complex flavor profile. It was obvious that they put love and care into crafting their bagels. I was a bit confused by my bagel, but I also got a sandwich on an everything bagel so that might have just been a reach on my part 🥯

We both were greeted warmly and promptly upon entering the shop. It was quite the lovely bagel shop with a buzzing atmosphere of bagel lovers. We also each got a coffee. I ended up leaving mine on top of the car to cool off for a bit!

As a transplant to Maine from Long Island I had long ago resigned myself to mediocre bagels - but with Spark that is no more! Delicious, perfect bagels - wonderful crumb, excellent crust, and super flavorful.

The breakfast sandwich we got (the Brekkie) was OUTSTANDING. The salsa verde really took it to another level and the eggs were perfectly cooked.
