Taco Bell — Restaurant in Northport

I will go to one of the restaurants across town before coming back to this one. Staff and manager are rude. I was on a special soft food diet and ordered an item with a special request of extra red sauce which I have ordered many times with no problems elsewhere. They told me they were out of the red sauce (which is actually part of the product I purchased.) I paid for my item and asked for extra mild sauce. The employee told me no. A few weeks later, I ordered the same thing with the special request and again they told me they were out of the red sauce. I paid for my item and asked for more mild sauce. They gave me one packet. So I went inside and the manager snapped at me and said all she could give me was one more packet. I drive five miles to the next Taco Bell and they were very sweet and...

So I did a mobile order for breakfast, went threw drive thru for pick up, as usual I got asked to pull around to the front and they bring it out to me, I waited say 10 mins, before the gentleman brought my drinks and food out, only for me to get home and me missing my two bacon grande wraps and two potatoe grande wraps. Really I mean I live 15 mins out from Bristol Park shopping center so I call & they say yes it's here we forgot to put it in the bag, well what were y'all doing for 10 mins I was the only customer that has ordered during this time period of 15 mins, either get it together take pride in ur job and remember happy satisfied customers brings back more services, by no...

Service is terrible, walk in & no other patrons in the place and since we were going to use a credit card we had to enter our order at a self service machine while they have credit card machines at their registers. Still we are absolutely the only one's in that place and I am seriously handicapped, can't walk without assistance but someone hollows out our name to come get our food instead of being curtious and caring enough to bring it to our table. The taco shells were stale, I don't know what they call meat but that mashed up mess did not taste like any meat I ever had. I hadn't been in a Taco Bell in over 25 years and this experience...
