Original Royal Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Northwood

I called Royals in Northwood on Tracey Rd. and asked to have a delivery the woman who answered first off was extremely rude, next she ask for my address, i gave her it and she asked my zip code and i told her then she says we dont deliver to you, I told her that we are within their 5 mile radius it says they deliver within but she says they only deliver in one direction🤔 so i asked which direction and she says not yours and hung up. So me being me i called back and asked to speak to a manager and she says i am the owner and the manager and so i said mmk can you please let me know why i cant get delivery to my home and she screams i dont have to explain anything to you, i only deliver in one direction and choose when and where i want to deliver and then hung up on me for the second time. For that woman to be the Owner she has horrible people skills and is unbelievably rude to customers for simply asking a question because it clearly states on the website that they DELIVER WITHIN A 5 MILE RADIUS, so thats false advertising and the establishment is extremely discriminating in my opinion and i will not ever eat there again and advise others to stop contributing to such a horribly ran and...

We have been loyal Original Royal Pizza fans for awhile BUT I am very disappointed in what happened there today. My wife went in to pick up our pizza and cheese bread and she witnessed a man returning (walking back into the store with) our food. She watched as he handed the food over and the man behind the counter, who took it to the back. He looked in each box, shut the boxes and brought them back to the front warming area to be handed out to my wife. My wife asked the lady who went to hand her the pizzas if they were the ones that were returned and she said, "No, those are still back there, arent they?" to the man. He responded that those were in fact the ones that were returned but it was fine because he didnt leave the parking lot with the pizzas. ONCE FOOD HAS LEFT YOUR STORE- YOU SHOULD NOT BE SERVING IT TO ANYONE ELSE! My husband and I struggle with family meals and getting my 12 year old autistic child to eat. Anywhere we go, my son complains and doesn't eat. We decided to try this place for the first time. There were 2 employees, one tall, skinny, bald gentleman (don't hate me/nothin but love lol) and a skinny blondish woman. Both were super nice, made conversation and helped us with menu choices to make it a good experience. We get home with pizza that took as long as he said and it was perfect. My son ate half of his medium cheese stick and did not pick at it. The taste was amazing!!! The owner, I'm assuming, even made sure to tell us that the pizza would come with garlic and parmesan on the crust.
