Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norton

Don't come here if you don't like your drink made with over half a cup of ice, because that is the only way it will consistently be made properly. One of the assistant managers here and her staff while she is on will refuse to make any alterations to the recipes to accommodate cup sizes or ice ratios even in the slightest (because they're "not supposed to", or so they claim) when the employees at other locations are more than happy to do just that without you even having to ask in the first place. Instead of being handed a full cup without issue, they will hand you one with a very visible gap, refuse to assist you in any way other than asking you if you want to speak to the manager if you look even just slightly confused, who will then claim there is nothing she can do and smugly offer you more ice. Do not waste your time stopping at this location when there are like 5 more nearby that actually value customer satisfaction overall, and will give you what you are paying over $4 a cup for for instead of a cup of ice with a splash of coffee or an up to half empty cup (I have seen even worse examples of this from this same location previously). I understand wanting to follow the rules or whatever, but doing this just makes you feel like you're being ripped off, and the way they talk to you about it and refuse to actually do anything to help if you have a problem is unacceptable. To top it off, when I got this one it seemed like they were all set to blame the poor kid running the drive thru speaker for "not telling us how things work here" when he really did nothing wrong? Yeah, just...

This place is nothing but a joke!! Went to get two hot chocolates tonight came back home to drink them .... Literally was hot water mixed with some whipped cream I asked them to put on top!!!! I wondered y it took so long to get my order.. Saw them messing around with the machine... So what was it?? Stupid and I mean stupid ass people decide ohh this isn't working de da de let me just sell them hot water and hope they don't check until they get home cuz I'm too stupid and ignorant to b like hey problem with the machine can't give u hot chocolate tonight ... But no all they cared about was making a dollar. I'm honestly sick of seeing all these young kids in high school just barely able to work getting hired and they will literally stand there like a deer caught in headlights looking at you . Do they even understand?? Noooo. I have had problems countless amounts of time with Dunkin but never have I complained until now. I'm just sick or the stupidity and ignorance. I am wondering what kind of company hires all these young girls that can't even hit a button to make hot chocolate. How hard is it, two of you can't come together and figure it out?? Hahahaha I'm dying over here. Not drinking any hot chocolate by the way thanks to you two. Stop hiring ditzy high school girls , hire someone who can understand how to make coffee, which btw...

I used to come there everyday for 2 girls that were absolutely amazing and friendly Jaimie and Catarena. They were great at making my coffee and they were always nice to my dog. They are no longer there gone within days of each other. There is only one guy who works in here now that is any good, but rarely get to see him. NOW they have a miserable old women at the window who gives nothing but an attitude to you for just asking for the things you order, because she didn't give them to you. If it's not her it's another women who can't reach out the window to give you your coffee you have to literally get out of your car to reach for your things. And God forbid you order a piece of cheese or bacon for your pet. I don't even mind paying for it, but to the group women in the window it's the end of the world. Some people just shouldn't do customer service when the are miserable people...
