Cute place but the service and the food made the whole experience horrible. My family ordered food that came out ok. I ordered a #6. Please be aware that if you are used to authentic Mexican Food, this is not it. That's ok with me, but I was kind of expecting authentic from the cute ambiance they had. The #6 has an enchilada which was ok, a taco in a stale hard shell which I have never seen outside of Taco Bell, and a Tostada which was a pile of mush with beef and cheese. No lettuce, tomato, sour cream. I don't usually send food back but I asked to return this dish in exchange for something else. And if they had done that, I wouldn't be leaving a bad review. After 15 minutes of no response I flagged down another server, they finally informed me that they would be charging me for BOTH dishes! I asked to cancel and they said it's too late because I had already taken one bite of each item... One bite, not two bites not half the plate but just one bite. I am usually an easy customer, but this...
Read moreWe were visiting Norton, and went to this restaurant at lunchtime especially for their Sunday lunch buffet. Walked in and noticed what a brightly-colored and comfortable place it was, and also noticed that we were the only customers in there. On our way to be seated, we also noticed that a young male employee was lying down asleep in one of the booths. Ordered drinks and asked if I could look at the buffet. The waiter said yes, so I walked over and found it to be completely empty. The employee then told me that there was no buffet. No big deal...we ordered off the menu, and found the food to be just OK. I hate it when reviewers claim that on top of all of the negatives, they ended up with upset stomachs for a day or two afterwards. Well it finally happened. We both ended up with upset stomachs well into the next day. It's a cute place, but we were very disappointed with the food and overall...
Read moreMy roommate and I were passing through this town and checked out the restaurant on google. It looked to be better than anything within a 50 mile radius so, we decided to swing through. We had been on the road for at least 6 hours. When we got there, the building looked great from the outside. Once we got inside, we were promptly greeted and sat. Granted we were there on a Sunday but, how long could the wait be in such a small town? The staff was friendly and efficient! The restaurant was clean and atmosphere was colorful and welcoming. The food was great (though not completely traditional Mexican), and of generous portions! The result of our stop through town, was very pleasing and I would recommend this to anyone on their way through. Probably the best place within at least 100 mile radius in this desolate region of...
