Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Norton

Definitely not what it used to be. We were with a large family group, arriving later than the rest, we waited sometime before they came and got our drink order, even though they saw us come in. We had to go up to the counter to place our order, as the waitress had not brought our drinks our come back to get our food order. After waiting quite some time, and still no pizza, we went up to check on our order and to ask for drink refills. Only to find they had boxed it up to go. It was only then, did the waitress, and who I believe was the shift manager came to ask us if we needed refills. When paying our bill, my husband and son in law asked if we could get a discount due to the poor service, and was told no. Customer service...

First Pizza Hut I have been to in my life the tables were completely empty. You had to ask for parmesan cheese cracked pepper. The waitress set pitchers of pop on a side table we had to get up and go poor our own. Every Pizza Hut I have been to ( I'm 65 ) your drinks were looked when a pizza it set on the table you are always asked if you want them to put your first piece on your plate. Here it was set on the table and asked will there be anything else then walked away. We were out West on our vacation and we seen the Hut and all 15 of us wanted to go there and we all talked about it that nite and even the next day as well. It was even mentioned on phone calls 2 days later. Very sad to call this...

The worst pizza tonight ! We had the same type of pizza just a week ago and was wonderful. This is sad a business would be ok serving it. The crust was not done was white basically no brown was on the bottom of pizza. The taco pizza had very little toppings and the refried beans were really runny. I called they replaced them but they were worse than the first ones and I called and was basically told oh well. We sent back the first set though. I said I would definitely be filing a complaint with corporate and the lady said ok. Very disappointed in this customer service and will still make the...
