Wing Warehouse Sports Bar Norton — Restaurant in Norton

Our food was delicious, that is the only reason I gave a slightly higher rating. The service though, was awful. Upon walking in there is no host stand or sign that says seat yourself, after awkwardly standing there for a couple minutes with no one greeting us yet servers walking by we decided to just sit down somewhere in the back. The place wasn’t busy at all, 3 tables taken total and maybe 8 people at the bar. It was 9:00 pm on Wednesday. Our waitress seemed rushed the entire time, I don’t know if she was just anxious to clock out or if they had her doing extra things on top of serving but it didn’t seem right to be so overwhelmed when there was hardly anyone there. There was a group of 11 people total that sat next to us shortly after we arrived and the waitress proceeded to yell to them “next time call before you come, we’re short staffed.” They made the 3rd table taken there was no way a party of 11 should have thrown a server off that bad to make such a rude remark. At the end we were given the receipt, she said to check it over to make sure there wasn’t any mistakes. Realized the appetizers we ordered were not half price like they were supposed to be at the time and were full price. When we told the server she said “oh yeah that’s right, everything has gone up in price it’s ridiculous.” After she walked away we thought about it more, if that were true that would mean our merely 6 tiny mozzarella wedges were $16 normally. I glanced over and saw a stack of menus nearby I went over and looked and yeah she charged us full price so we asked again for it to be fixed she said I’ll have to get my manager, the manager did correct the mistake and gave a refund for the $9 difference BUT the customer service here is seriously lacking. I don’t think this will be a place I look forward to...

Went tonight for wing night food was good but the blonde waitress Sarah is well let's just say she's not great. Not one place does it say you must eat half the wings you order or you can't have a to go box. My boyfriend ate half of his and because I was 6 wings over what half of my order was they would not give us a to go box for our food then I was charged $16 for my wings after my bill was paid just to be able to get a to go box. I will not be back. IF YOU HAVE A RULE IT SHOULD BE POSTED!! (They say it was posted on the door I read the sign and it did not say that unless they posted it after we left they also said it's posted behind the bar which we did not eat at the bar so if it was we didn't see it) also they say they are not supposed to give to go boxes it's a courtesy thing but yet everyone around us was getting...

terrible service. sat down and our server complained to us about getting sat again, immediately asked if we were ready to order then rolled her eyes when we needed time. we put in appetizer orders and another server took our order 10 minutes later. 40 minutes after that they come out saying they’re out of the appetizer, didn’t apologize or anything. entrees finally come out and they’re missing ingredients, fries don’t even look cooked, overcooked, and dry. get our check and the appetizer we never got it still on there and server gives attitude about it. no drink refills, never asked if we needed anything, overall did not care we were sitting there. wish i could get my money...
