Congratulations Arby's, you have surpassed McDonald's as the worst fast food in our town of Norwalk! I pull in at 5:30pm and I already expected terrible food because the lot was empty. I expected old, dry food that had been sitting under a warmer light for far too long. That is exactly what I received!! To top it off, they didn't have the product they were advertising. I ordered the new Wagyu bacon burger and I was informed they had none in stock. I also ordered a Jamocha shake, and was informed they didn't have that either... since they didn't have the burger, I reluctantly ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. When I get home it was the hardest, driest piece of chicken I have ever been served in my life. And to top that off, it had honey mustard on it, and not ranch.... the only positive experience was the young man running the drive through window. As the people were informing him of their lack of product, he was very empathetic about the situation, and tried his best to see to it that I was ok...

I arrived and the lobby was closed so I waited out in the cold in the drive up line I got to the window to order my food and the manager informed me.she will not be serving me because I had to walk up to the window mind you my 12 foot box truck wouldn't fit in the drive up so I stood there and argued with her and she told me to get in with a random strangers car in the line to order my food... Read moreThe best part of our experience was the semi polite employees (excluding the manager), we where served raw roast beef and brisket that was so cold and just pink enough it might as well have been raw, I listened to manager Linda say "it taste fine just serve it" while a younger woman said to the two teenage boys don't serve that we could get someone sick and then proceeded to call their GM (clearly the wrong employee is in a management position).
