9/12/24 18:00 Manager was very pleasant, Her staff on the other hand terrible. She asked an associate to see what I needed,he comes up laughing and says what you need, I tell him I need to place an order he takes a recipt from the register laughing is this your order I said no. He said what you get I told him I needed to place an order laughing still he goes I can't do that and walks off. Another associate decided with his pretty painted nails it be a great time to start a debate with the manager in front of customers, I finally get to place my orders wopper Jr's no ketchup . The young lady who walked in and took my order was pleasant and took my order correct, mr.laughing pants and the other young man obviously can't read as I watch them prepare my food looking at the screen and I watch them put ketchup on my burgers. I let the manager know she advises them of it an mr laughing pants thinks it's funny. All the while the Shift manager is keeping herself calm running around doing it all by herself and still being customer oriented and polite and friendly. I think the owners should shut down pay the managers while they are closed and fire everyone else and start over. Read moreThe manager was pleasant Yolanda but the girl who took the order for walk-in was rude her name was Grace, not just to customers but also the manager. The girl who worked the drive-thru Morgan also had an attitude. An order had accidentally been deleted for drive-thru well she was mad about that and proceeded to tell the manager, then also told her "Well have fun dealing with that, I'm not dealing with it." While waiting for my order you could hear the Grace making rude comments about different stuff taling rude to her co-workers and her manager. Once my order was bagged they said they give me a small fry for my long wait. I decided to check my order to make sure it was correct because I do order for a family of six. Well i was missing the one fry I did order and a sandwich and three of them were made incorrect and they gave me two sandwiches that weren't even mine. After giving one sandwich back three times we finally had the correct order. And I do expect some sort of a wait, which didn't bother me at all. Read moreMorning staff way different experience that's why I'm giving 3 stars and not 1. I ordered a couple of kids meals and a 8 and 9 combo. The girl rang in a 8 and 7. So I went up front wasn't irritated and explained the error. Then the 2 girls she wa's asking were talking about the one who didn't know her mat said 5 and the apparent manager told me its going to be a 2 dollar difference. So I went back got 2 dollars in cash paid and then the original cashier apologized. I was then irritated not with her but the fact that it wasn't my screw up, the poor girl tryedd to fix it, the staff didn't apologize ato first just discussed how much ed I owed. I paid with my card and of i did not have 2 dollars in cash i would have said screw it because I'm not swiping my card for 2 dollars. It was poorly handled.
