I was excited to try this place since it was so highly rated. I should have read the earlier review regarding the meatball grinder before ordering one. When it arrived at our table, I took a bite right then and there, just to discover big, chewy, dense, overpacked, obviously frozen meatballs. Very disappointing. I took it home and reheated it the next day hoping it would somehow get softer, and it was even worse and went straight into the garbage. Big waste of money. I have personally cooked and purchased meatball subs/grinders many times and this one was awful. I have also worked as a line cook in several restaurants, so I’m not just being persnickety. This was unacceptably low quality for any price.
We also ordered the Nashville hot chicken pizza special, which captured the flavor of the chicken element quite nicely, albeit a very mild version, however the thick sliced pickles they used were not authentic (cheaper kosher dill slices would be better). They also put way too many pickles on the pizza. With Nashville hot chicken, the pickles are basically a garnish, not 50% of the entire experience. I grew up down south and have been eating the authentic dishes for most of my life.

Read morePlaced an online order at 615pm for a 730pm pick up. Got to the restaurant at 725p and the order was ready except for one grinder. An older woman started giving me a hard time stating that the grinder had been made and not understanding that it was missing. The cashier stated they were about to call me because the order had been sitting for so long. Well, it turns out that they made the order right away and it had been sitting for about an hour. Once the cook realized what was going on he stated he was going to remake everything. While waiting for my new food, the same older woman stated from behind the counter to the cashier that she should have made me take the cold food because I let it wait for so long. I then spoke up and told her it was placed for a 730pm pick up (it was now around 740p). I informed her she should take some customer service lessons and should have stopped speaking after arguing over the missing grinder.
Long story short - food was good. The cashier and cook saved the experience, but the older woman is very rude and honestly makes me not want to go back. There are so many other options in the area there is no need to go and be...
Read moreI went to pick up an online order and was told I had to verify my order with my phone which I left in the car because I expected to be able to run in to grab my food. I told the employee I didn’t have my phone and told her what I ordered. The owner who was sitting in the dining room proceeded to come over and yell at me that this is the policy and to not order here if I don’t like it! So I left, they can keep my food, extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior as an owner. I have never been yelled at publicly in a restaurant, I hope your day/life gets better as I’m not sure how a customer simply trying to pick up their food without needing to go out to their car in 32 degree weather to grab their phone, that already paid for their food, causes you to get so angry and lash out on them like that! I used to love this place and now I will never go back!
