What a beautiful Italian dining experience at Dimora in Alpine! The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy—perfect for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. 🕯️🍷
I started with the burrata appetizer, which was incredibly fresh and creamy, served with perfectly ripe tomatoes and a light drizzle of balsamic. For my main course, I had the shrimp scampi—perfectly cooked shrimp tossed in a light garlic white wine sauce with just the right touch of lemon and herbs. Flavorful, fresh, and beautifully plated. 🍤🍝
The staff was professional and attentive, and the overall service felt five-star from start to finish. Whether you’re local or just passing through Bergen County, this is one of the best Italian restaurants in North Jersey. A must-visit if you’re a lover of authentic Italian cuisine.

Read moreI visited this restaurant this past Saturday night for my birthday with a group of 6 other people. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we felt so well attended to and as cliche as it may sound we felt like family. Everyone was super nice attentive and just beyond anything I could’ve imagined. Part of my party unfortunately had an issue arriving to the restaurant on time due to unforeseen circumstances and they were so accommodating with our reservation. They were not aware that it was my birthday but the might one of my friends mentioned it to the owner/chef he came right over and wished me well and sent shots to my table. They have gained a customer for life and if they would like to adopt me I’m ok with that as well. Lol. Now on to the food! What is there not to say about the food? Everything we tasted was amazing and so well cooked. The eggplant rollatini is a must have, the calamari was fresh, and the rib eye? OMG that rib eye was perfection and the drinks were just right. I can’t wait to...
Read moreBe ready for the restaurant to be very loud. They attempt for upscale atmosphere but more like a meeting place (cramed) very chaotic. We had to wait an extra half hr even after having reservations. The Host told us it will be a while and just brushed it off with "go have a drink at the bar" after being seated, the waiter made sarcastic remark account we didn't want bottled water. We brushed it off and looked forward to dinner. They then made a mistake and brought out a wrong dish. Waiter said "it's not a mistake, we just grabbed the wrong dish". The food was not bad, ok at best. So we skipped desert. We had at least 3 different people ask us if we wanted desert. Finally, I guess patrons don't normally look at their check at this place. We found we were upcharged on an item which they quickly corrected. Unfortunately, we...
