Subway — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I would give it zero stars if I could! First and last time visiting this location. First let me start off with the young lady taking orders seemed as if the customer was writing a dissertation, should was not understanding a simple chip order. Finally on to my order. I ordered a chicken and bacon protein bowl with double meat, and it was the smallest salad and meat portion (see photo)I have ever received in the dozens of times I have ordered this from other locations. When I asked if that is all I am getting, her snarky comment was “that is our portion size.” Fine since it seems no one is competent enough to keep the line moving, and they want to short change me on my portion size, I will never visit this...

I will no longer be supporting this Subway location, which is situated at the minimart on base across from the lower enlisted barracks. Unlike other Subway locations on the island, this one does not honor any of the promotions or special deals available through the app or in-store. While I understand that this is at the discretion of the franchisee, it’s disappointing to see this store choose not to extend those same benefits—especially given its proximity to lower enlisted personnel and other military members. This feels like an exploitative move, and I cannot support it. I encourage others to stand together and withhold support from this location until they begin offering...

First time ordering online at this Subway, went rather smoothly. Located inside the NEX mini mart by the bowling alley on Pearl Harbor. Transaction went smoother than the last time I ordered online from a Subway in Aiea (had to wait 15 minutes for the order since they were shorthanded 😥)

Ordered two BMT Footlongs online using the bogo code and with a pickup time of 1030am and when I arrived it was waiting for me at the counter🤙

Lady was a bit confused when i told them online pick up with my name but showed them a screenshot of the order paid in full and she packaged it...
