SMH!!!!!!!!! Had an early morning doctor appointment this morning and was told to fast in case they decided to do some bloodwork. After back and forth between my GP and specialist, they decide what bloodwork they wanted done. Off to HHS St. E's for blood draw. By this time, it is 1:30 pm, a headache has started and the stomach is starting to grumble. Finally finished at St. E's and headed for home. Been trying to stay away from fast food, but the headache I was getting made me decide to swing into DQ Ofallon. I ordered a 3 pc chicken tender meal and splurged with the sundae; usually I just get a coupon and pass it on. Finished my chicken and fries, then discovered I didn't get a spoon! Pulling into Lebanon I thought I'll just swing into the DQ there and get a spoon. This is how it went . . . (ME) I just went through the Ofallon DQ and they forgot to give me a spoon. Can I get one from you? I'll pay for it. (DQ) No, we are not affiliated with the Ofallon DQ so we can't give you one. (ME) I'll pay for it. (DQ) What kind of sundae was it? (ME) Hot fudge. (DQ) That will be $3.99. (ME) I don't want another sundae I want a spoon. (DQ) I can't sell you a spoon because we aren't affiliated with Ofallon DQ. (ME) Say what? (New DQ Rep) We can't sell you a spoon because we aren't affiliated with Ofallon DQ. SMH!!! I left . . . . customer service is DEAD!!!!!! All I wanted was a frickin' plastic spoon! I CAN'T even wrap my head around their reasoning to not...
Read moreWent to get a quick dinner for the night and got nothing instead. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes which is not the problem I had no problem waiting. I ordered a double cheese burger meal add flame sauce and got home 5 minutes away with a chicken sandwich also fine mistakes happen so I called and informed whoever was on the other line that I received the wrong sandwich and even acknowledged that they were about to close and asked if I was able to come back and get the correct sandwich they proceeded to ask what my order was supposed to be and then said yes. I even asked direction on where I should go when I got there. I pulled up to the drive thru once more and was met with confusion. Informed the young lady at the window what happened handed her the incorrect order which she threw away immediately and seen her grab someone, I am assuming the cook, who put gloves on. I sat and wondered why did they ask my order if they didn’t already start it while i was on my way to ensure I didn’t waste my time not once but twice. Then suddenly someone appears at the window to greet me and tell me I can’t get my what I thought would be a “quick dinner” because the grill was shut off and it takes 30 minutes to heat back up. Why was I told I could come back up and get my order if I was in fact not going to get my order but instead I got a $5 coupon and a dry I’m sorry. My...
Read moreFriendly enough but after going there just after 9pm no later than 9:15pm. I expected the food we ordered to be cooked. All 3 of the chicken strip meals we ordered were luke warm after no one being in line in front of us and an empty dining room. They were all still raw, only partially cooked. I caught it just as my littlest took a bite. Unfortunately I caught it after eating two bites. The texture was weird and gave me a weird feeling. Unfortunately my middle child had already had several bites of one of her strips. I flipped the interior car lights on and sure enough… various stages of partially cooked to raw chicken. Hopefully we don’t end up sick from food poisoning tonight or something of the like. Buyer beware if there is a chicken strip that is luke warm and not on the verge of being stale…it is not cooked. Out of about $40 worth of food there was 1 burger, a cheese curd order, and the 3 fries from the strip meals that was cooked fully and edible. Everything else was barely warm...
